I went in for a phone repair and the Geek Squad member was honest up front about the policies the phone manufacturer makes them follow. While did not get the phone fixed there, the customer service was top notch!!

A 15 day return policy when everyone else is 30 days is absurd. Getting strong armed into buying a "best buy plus" membership for $50 so that I can return 3 unopened products less than a month after purchase is disgusting. This is why Best Buy is the electronics showroom before people order on Amazon.
Edit to add.. at no point in the transaction did either the customer service woman or the MOD mention anything about an ongoing subscription, an annual renewal, or anything to suggest that they would be drafting $50 from my account every year from now on.

I pay 70.00 dollars for a tv Antena I came in with my recent and the product in the same box I bought it in asking for help the manager James said can't help you I said can I talk to someone else to help me to get this antenna to work he said no and old me to leave the store his costumer service SUCKS
