I took my shirts in for the first time an they were brand new shirts an they burnt holes in both shirts from there machines an they act like they were already that way ,I told them they were new an the act like I didn't no what I was say so I wouldn't go to this cleaners for nothing bad service I take my shirts to the cleaners every month I just moved from Durham to knightdale hoping I will fine a closer cleaners my shirts were brand new when I picked them up 2 of my shirts had 8 are 9 holes in them as if they were burnt I have never seen anything like this. I take care of my cloths, so when they called me an told me my shirts had holes in them I couldn't believe it so he tells me I will give u a credit of $8 for the shirts that was damaged so I said to the person at the store if my shirts were already damaged why are you giving me a credit, do u feel sorry that I have holes in my shirts are do u feel guilty on what you have done this cleaners is the worst cleaners I have ever been to I just moved to knightdale an I always put my clothes in the cleaners but this cleaners mess u 6 of my shirts with holes in them I recommend not to ever go to this cleaners

The so-called owner of Crystal cleaners is a VERY RUDE GUY, he appears to be frustrated, and venting about his life frustrations on customers. The young man who works for him seems very polite and well behaved. This past Saturday I was there to pick up my clothes and it was the so-called owner who was working.In the USA you should be polite to your customer. He does not care when clothes are not well cleaned because he asks you to pay for cleaning when you drop the clothes. I took clothes to be cleaned amounting to $100.00, and I paid him in advance. When collecting my clothes, 4 shirts (2 white and 2 brown shirts) came back dirty. The 2 white shirts lost color because he washed them with colored clothes.I asked him to re-do the 4 shirts and he started threatening and cursing at me. I made a report to the police about his threats so that they are aware in case he threatens another person. I am asking the public to report this guy to authority (police) should anyone experience threats after having paid him already. Here in the USA goods and services can be returned if you are not happy or satisfied with the product. This review is a public warning to report this guy to the authority should you experience the same.I will NEVER go back there again. RUDE so-called owner.Disappointed customer.

A couple of these bad reviews make zero sense. I have been going there for 5 years. The two times I had a challenge they were fair and took care of me. They do great work. Make sure if you want starch tell them. They will even fix a button for you!

We were searching for a new dry cleaner after our previous provider closed. I was looking for a locally owned business where the owner is on the premises daily. Finding a reliable cleaner that would have our laundry done when promised. My wife works in the transportation industry, and her uniforms need to be neat and clean everyday.Crystal Cleaners has fulfilled what I was looking for. The service is top quality, and the pricing is competitive. Our laundry is always ready when promised. You receive a printed receipt with the day and time your laundry will be ready.We couldn't be happier with Crystal Cleaners and the excellent service that we receive every time.

We have used this business for 1 1/2 years of all business clothes. Received $80 dress shirt back with 2 inch snag on front. Guy at countered offered $40. Old lady (term lady used out of respect, not actual experience) said "no, not our fault". Beware. They are unwilling to stand behind their work and are willing to lose a customer over having to be honest and stand behind their work.

I came here on Friday to get some pants hemmed. The lady was rushing my daughter and asking why does he have to put sneakers on. I come to pick it up and the length off and she doesn't want to fix it. She says she wok already. If I want to get it fixed I would have to pay again. Uh no!! Customer service is horrible. No patience, rude and I'm never coming back. Their sign says same-day service, not true. To fix his pants today Monday, it won't be ready until Friday. ???

The owner/manager was condescending, patronizing, and low-key hostile, with a side of nice-nasty supervillain vibes, and all over an inquiry about having cuffs removed from my pants. His hostility extended to the elderly seamstress that works there. I suffered from secondhand embarrassment, for her, from their exchange. Sad! I don't have the patience or crayons to explain this any further. No thank you Crystal Cleaners, I'll take my business elsewhere.Services: Organic dry cleaning

Crystal Cleaners in Knightdale, NC is NOT recommended as they will YELL at customers - especially the older one with a beard!!! Very RUDE!!! My elderly mother asked if her suit could be picked up on Saturday. Today is only Thursday - morning when she was dropping one suit off. The owner YELL at her and stated, I don't know; it has a makeup stain on it, so it has to be washed twice! My mother noticed that he appeared to be aggitated when she walked in. She informed him that he was rude and don't have to yell. He then proceeded to take the suit. AFTER she walked out, he FOLLOWED her in a threatening manner and threw the suit on her car. The owner then YELL AGAIN stating, "you don't yell at me". No one was yelling except HIM. She was so taken back at what occurred. I would NEVER provide him an opportunity to clean anything that I own nor my parents!! I am in shocked that he did this to a 77-year-old lady!!! Never again!!

DON'T USE THIS CLEANSER!! I picked up my outfit and when I got home and put the outfit on I noticed a stain that was not there when I brought it in, to be cleaned. The stain appeared to be a water stain. I took it back the next day with the tag on the plastic bag and my ticket. The Asian gentleman at the desk was very rude and tried to tell me that the water stain came from a leak in my closest. Mind you I do not have a leak in my closet. Then he tried to say I didn't get my clothes cleaned there even though I had a ticket. When I looked at my other items there were starch spots and fingerprints all over them. He refused to acknowledge the stains were made there at the cleansers!! Horrible service!!! Go anywhere but Crystal Cleaners!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are rude, inconsiderate and simply talk to their "customers" in a nasty tone. After two incidents, I can confirm my family will never visit this location again.
