The worker’s were very rude and at first they were ignoring us when we wanted to ask them a question about photos. Then we were forced to wait for over 20 minutes to which then when there we no customers left they went into the back and they come out saying that their camera doesn’t work. They wasted over 20 minutes of my life just waiting for some photos. I do not recommend this location, go to the cvs across the street they actually helped us.

Dumped them last year,They never have my scrip ready,I call the automated phone # like on Sunday,put in my script #, I all ways go on Tuesday afternoon to pick it up so I can eat at Love`s.It was never ready. My Grandma was slow but she was 93

I don't shop Walgreens anymore. They never have what I'm looking for. The employees here are and at the other Kings Mountain location, I'm very sad to say, inept at providing customer service. My rewards account doesn't work anymore, and no one ever offers to help fix the issue. There's not much use for a store like this in today's marketplace.

Stopped to pick up prescription for insulin 6-1-23. got there before 5pm and sat 4th in line at pickup window. Got up to window at 5:05, last one on line. person at window threw sign in window closed and pulled down shade saying ' WE CLOSE AT 5 ". Watch her talking with woman in front for 3 minutes before getting to window. Very poor customer service and getting worse at this location. No one cares anymore, how long would it have taken to ask what I needed and give me my needed insulin. I was the only one left in the drive up line. Parked and went inside and asked for mgr. woman said she was the only manager and she was watching the camera and i got there after five, That would mean she handled 4 other cars in less than 5 minutes. That would be a record for this store.CVS is just down the street........

For weeks now this store has only been open from 9 am to 5 pm mon thru fri and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Apparently they can't get another pharmacist in there. I don't doubt it because the female pharmacist is the bish from hell.I will be taking my prescriptions across the street to CVS.

Why is the pharmacy closed on the weekend? I'm going to end up going days without my meds, because y'all decided to be closed Saturday and Sunday. Went by the pharmacy yesterday, Friday, and they were closed at 6. Ridiculous

I have done multiple trips to this store since Christmas and to say the attitude of the staff has improved since last time is 100% true.The only drawback is low supply on various items. Don't know if that is the new normal or due to the winter storm that was in our area.I will say that while the pharmacy lady is different she was nice and smiled. She was the exact opposite of the last one.

The female pharmacist is one of the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. I will be looking for another pharmacy. I will not tolerate horribly rude service over and over. No customer deserves that.I also don’t think her supervisors would like her recommendation to switch pharmacies. Very unprofessional demeanor.

The pharmacy is horrible. I've had terrible experiences the last year. They are under staffed. I get the same medications but each month the price is different. Even if you call ur meds in 24-48 hours in advance your still gonna wait at least 30 minutes in line to pick them up. CVS pharmacy is very professional. Does automatic refills and you receive a text when your meds are ready. CVS is the BEST! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY WITH WALGREEN ON SHELBY ROAD IN KINGS MTN. I always try to be fair on my reviews but this Walgreens in horrible. I'm wondering how they are still in business.
