There needs to be more sinage pointing customers to the intake office. The gravel parking lot would not be wheelchair or walker friendly. A dedicated travel path or turning lanes would be helpful. The service is fast, efficient and the worker was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly.

at $5/gal I find it EXTREMELY unethical to advertise false hours. This location is only open to the public for 2 hours per day mon - fri. I have submitted an update to Google with a photo of the signage.

I had two of packages lost within a week. The first package was delivered to a dock and signed by the name of someone who doesn’t even work at the location where my package was suppose to be delivered. And when I contacted UPS I was advised only the drivers are able to input the name, customers can not touch the hand held. Contacted my shipper who then ships out a replacement and I asked UPS to hold this package because of the first incident. I went to the UPS location that insured that package would be here for pickup and no one knows where the package is and I was advised yet to create another claim for the 2nd time within a week.. This isn’t just a personal package this is a package that is for my business.. No one here seems to care who had the package and where it could be. It’s getting brushed off as to just contact the shipper and let them know we can’t find the package.. No one here is understanding that it’s a inconvenience as a business owner to have 2 loss packages in one week in the hands of UPS..Also take a look below at every other customer review that had an issue they were apologized to as a company should when they are at fault.. And take a look at the response that came behind my review.. The customer service speaks for itself lol..

I had been awaiting a pkg since that Thursday, and because of a storm, the pkg was delayed and stuck at the service center on a Sunday, 3 days late. Understood. I called to MAKE SURE the facility was even OPEN, so I could possibly pick it up instead. The content inside my pkg was NEEDED before Monday. The 1st rep assured me it was open, and closed by 6pm Sunday. I drove there, and it was closed.? I spoke to 3 different UPS reps (while disappointed sitting in the parking lot, with no resolve).? (By the way, there were cars parked outside, and CLEAR evidence staff was there working) I called back four times because driving there from where I live is 30 minutes away. The 4th rep was literally from heaven, and I'm so grateful she took the time to understand how badly I needed my pkg (before Monday). While calling the 4th rep, I decided to leave the parking lot. She apologized for the inconvenience, and instructed me to drive back to the service center, where another rep met me in the parking lot, with my pkg.? Thank you so kindly. I forgot her name, however, God knows how THANKFUL and how much I APPRECIATED her going the extra mile with GREAT guest service. (Her accent was Jamaican??) When we simply take time to give GREAT GUEST service, more guests will refer other people to our businesses. Thank you to the young lady who represented UPS with honor. I gave the young lady ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ however this facility STILL has incorrect SUNDAY operating hours posted on the door. When guests call to hear operating hours for Sundays, the information is incorrect. Management Communication and consistency is key.

After a long wait the lady was super rude to me very unprofessional and I will never return to a you PS store again in my life. This lady was so unbelievably rude makes me wonder where upper management is?

The rep in the local office did an exceptional job. 5✓✓✓✓✓She had a question and called service to get guidance - the call center was pathetic, obviously outsourced out of county, you could not understand the person on the phone.Hooray for the young lady in the local office, she did an exceptional job ????

Always down to helpI was in need of 250 shipping label packages, and people there even that they didnt have that many at hand, helped so much asking everywhere how i could get them. They also checked old boxes to see if i could have some of them, which luckily they did find a few for me.How helpful they were is actually amazing. Ive been really thankful from Ups from every store

Delivered an empty box with stolen contents inside. Tape was cut using a box cutter. Going to invest ina camera. Edit: was really super but it's not fair to put blame on people with zero proof ......just frustrated. Already filed a ticket, hoping for the best.

UPS's new online system is garbage. If you work all day like most people, and your package needs a signature, good luck, your only option is to return to sender. 0/10. At least with the post office you can go to the local office and get your package.
