I purchased a gift card and when the recipient went to use it, it hadn't been activated properly. I had my receipts and the so called manager said there was nothing they could do about it. They stole my money and refused to acknowledge it was their fault.

I cannot give enough stars for the wonderful service I've received every single time I go in to this location and use their photo services. My last visit I was shrinking an old photo down to the size required to fit inside of a locket and not only was the tech able to assist me, she went out of her way to be helpful. She literally saved me a lot of time in her know-how and familiarity with the photo system to transform the picture I brought in to the perfect size I needed.

Has the worst customer service, longest wait times while staff stands around talking to customers & each other for over 20 min. I sat in the drive thru watching them talk, hit the call button & even called on my phone, all went unanswered. When I asked the names of staff to report a complaint they said they were calling the sheriffs office & failed to release my child’s medication to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist is beyond rude, the female anyway. No compassion and just downright nasty. The store as a whole sucks as far as staff goes.
