My parents recently within the last couple of months bought themselves a Sleep Number smart bed & they love it.My Mom just recently sent me a referral & ended buying me my own which I got to test in the local Sleep Number store & I too loved it & am looking forward to receiving it.I am hoping that this bed will be the last bed I ever have to get as I’ve heard nothing but good things about Sleep Number & have always wanted one since the first time I ever saw a commercial about them.

We just purchased our first sleep number bed. Emma J. helped us and was so kind, patient, and helpful. She also wasn’t the typical pushy salesperson- which I appreciated. Such a good experience. Can’t wait for our new ILE king bed to come in!

Christina provided a personal touch to our multiple visits and multiple purchases! We went all in with Sleep Number! Bed, pillows, comforters, blankets, and sheet sets-we bought it all and love all of it! I highly recommend investing in Sleep Number.

Chris was incredibly helpful. I like that they have you try everything out and see what fits you. The only reason I docked a star is because they still use all kinds of sales tactics to try to suck you in. He wasn't super pushy or anything though. Overall great experience. If you're thinking about getting a sleep number I'd definitely check it out. You can try it all out and not have to worry about any crazy pushy salesmen.

Not a fan went in there with my wife trying out beds the lady i guess was to good enough to talk to me only from behind the counter most of the time while we were there. Trying to figure out a bed that i like explaining features to me 10-20 feet away from me. Also pricing and explanation of the beds from her were extremely confusing so i just left. Ill just go buy a temper-pedic.

UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Sleep Number HQ has agreed to refund my entire purchase because of the local store deceptive sales practices. I was told that during the 100 night free trial I can return everything but I would have to pay a return fee. Now this store is telling me that I can return the mattress but I'm stuck with the base. These sales people withheld this information and rushed me out the store.

Don't trust delivery people out of your sight. Just had a bed delivered today. After delivery people left I noticed Samsung EarPods missing. Then learned money was missing from a wallet. Called customer service. We'll see what happens.
