The people at PNC Jacksonville, are great representatives of their company! To a person, they are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They listen very intently and get it right, time after time! Thank you PNC'ers! You're the best!

Seems like they're closed all the time. It's pretty nonsense when you think about it considering they hold everyone's money. I get they have an atm, but I'm really just not impressed with their service overall.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Was accused of being a fraud and criminal for a $49.50 refund from the City of Jacksonville (water/sewage). I had ID for myself, a lease with my name, an ID with the proper address, a phone number for the city who issued the check, etc. I was given no reason for this treatment and false accusation, and could provide any and EVERY sort of evidence needed. This is not right. I shouldn't have to dress in a suit and tie and have a perfect radio voice in order to not be seen as a stereotype.

The staff used to be so professional and helpful l, now they are rude, impolite, disrespectful. They rush you. They forget things. They don't accurately perform their job. Disgusting.

I wasted my time & gas going to this bank for them to tell me they are out of ink so they can't re-print my expired debit card. Why do they even have a machine in the first place if it's too much work for them to do their job and come up with excuses instead. Why am I paying a service fee yearly if I'm going to be denied service. I don't care if it will get mailed instead because I came in there to save time and get it today but I guess that was too much to ask for. As if their overdraft fees are not enough to have to deal with. I'll be switching to a different bank soon

? Camille opened us accounts. She was over the top professional and did not belabor the process- often banks take forever to take care of account needs but this was not the case.Was also able to get my son's school form notarized by a efficient gentleman. ✨️ Very good location and good looking facility. Thank you for excellent, quick, customer service and for a clean, nice establishment. ?

Today I was at the PNC office accompanying my 19-year-old daughter to open an account, the officer named Gabrielle asked some questions, and my daughter told her that she needed to open it because she receives tips in cash and her previous bank does not have branches here in Jacksonville. The official very quickly told my daughter that she could not open the account because she did not have a job that does direct deposit, it seemed very strange to me because I have had an account with them for 4 years and they never told us that, they opened the account for us without any problem. The official told her that the only account she can open is a savings account to deposit money and withdraw money from the ATM. We then asked her about a student account to which she gave the same answer. Everything was fast, we did not feel any customer service, we just left there and went to another bank where they opened our account without any problem, providing us with friendly and respectful service. The truth is that I think it was a clear case of discrimination because we are of Latin descent, we felt that they did not respect us and that they gave us bad information, so I called PNC and they confirmed what I already knew, I could open the account without any problem. The only thing that was needed was an account where my daughter could make normal transactions, buy in stores, and restaurants, and pay for purchases, goods, and services. I am absolutely sad there was a lack of commitment, and the respective complaint has already been made at the bank. This must end, as a clear sign of racism and incompetence.

I’m sorry, but Kelsey was very unhelpful with my daughter. She obviously didn’t want to help us in the first place, then made a weak excuse for why she couldn’t help. She did not smile once or show any kind of friendliness.

I have been with this bank for many years now. I have never been treated so horrible. My account got hacked and money got taken and they sent me a letter stating that they did not find anything wrong and I am still being charged the money..... We were not even in the town where the charges took place. We will promptly we be leaving this bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
