“SO GLAD we found this place! Christina is amazing!!! She is so so friendly and so helpful! Weve never bought mattresses before and I thought it was gonna be like buying a car or something LOL. But no, we were there less than 45 minutes total which included picking out a mattress then decided on an additional one unexpectedly since we were saving so much money! She helped us with financing and we were approved! She’s so sweet and personable and was exactly what we needed (which was just someone that could sell us a great mattress with a great price!) we will ONLY be referring our friends to Mattress by Appointment from now on for sure :) our mattresses will be delivered tomorrow and I have no doubt that experience will be quick and easy too!! So thankful we found Christina.P.S. it’s a little hard to find but when you book an appointment you will be sent reminder texts that include exact directions! “I went in looking for a sectional and had the pleasure of having Marie be my sales person. She pointed out things I never even thought about. She took the time to go over the pros and cons of each and then gave me a few minutes to think and make my choice. Financing was quick and easy. It was lightly raining but I wanted to take my stuff home. They wrapped everything in plastic. Then Marie with long nails and boots was jumping in and out of the bed of my truck like a gymnast along with help from Reggie that had just had back surgery! They went above and beyond!!! “Went in there with my mother in law yesterday (08/07/18) and a sweet older lady named Janice greeted us from her desk with a smile and a warm welcome. We told her we wanted to look around on our own and would let her know if we needed any help. She let us take all the time we needed. When we were ready, she came with us to look at the couch and recliner we wanted (for those complaining here that she didn’t get up to greet you, she had a walker and mentioned she was treating her leg to prevent surgery. That didn’t bother us none, instead, I applaud her for fighting thru and still working!) When I saw that she had a walker, I told her she could sit and I would bring her the furniture stock numbers so she could work from her desk but she insisted that this was her job and was determined to walk with us to show us the reclining features of the set. She gave us an amazing deal at the floor set and before we left we visited the clearance room and she gave us another amazing deal at a daybed and mattress that was too good to pass up! They delivered our future the same day (the delivery gentleman are true professionals and very kind as well!!!) and after we got home we realized that we needed nightstands. We went back today (08/08/18) in the hopes of dealing with Janice again but she wasn’t there, her granddaughter Victoria was. At first we were disappointed Janice wasn’t there but we quickly got over it with Victoria’s professionalism and carisma! She was so professional and very sweet, smiled the entire time and immediately dropped what she was doing and gave us her undivided attention and walked us to the set we wanted, helped us find one within our price range, and yet again gave us another unbeatable deal on the set! Before we left Janice called to speak to her granddaughter and when she told us we were back, she asked to speak to us and greeted us over the phone and thanked us for our business and was so sweet and kind, you cannot make a customer feel more special than this!”
