Giving credit to Sales Associate Jason for all the assistance that he provided. He made a difficult project easier. Also, with flowers and plants being so expensive these days... thanks to Lowe's for having great sales. My yard looks beautiful as usual. ? ???♀️?⬛

I tripped over a pot and every employee there started laughing hysterically at me while I sobbed uncontrollably, my tears fell into the soil and then grew a beautiful large flower that was 10 ft tall. I then became the ruler of Lowe’s.

An abundance of choices for spring planting. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted so will need to go to a local nursery. Was looking for a dwarf butterfly bush. Didn't see anything so I'll continue to search.

Me and my buddy came by to get supplies to build a bar and Brandy and Brandon were a huge help for us, super nice people. Brandy deserves a raise. Idk what position she's holding now but get her up there. Absolute winner

Rhi in Lumber/Pro always flirts with my husband right in front of me. I'm sick of it! She gives me coy smiles and pretends to act innocent and she's not! She went, as far as, saying her kids would love him and he'd be so good with them! She always says how when he quit Lowe's was the worst day of her life and she misses seeing him! I'm so sick of her!

I am a contractor who shops here almost daily. I sometimes spend upwards of $10000 per month in this location. On the most part, this is my favorite Lowes location. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. However, my most recent experience rubbed me the wrong way considerably. I went in last week to buy some 12' quarter round. They were out of stock on the individual sticks (I needed 11) but they did have the 20 pack. Rather than just break one open and buy what I needed, I got an associate to inquire if it was ok for me to do so. He said I could not do that but I could buy a 20 pack and return what I didn't use. Now then, I return things all the time at Lowes and have never had an issue. THIS time however, customer service told me they could not take them back as it has to be an entire pack. I explained what the guy told me in that department and she refused to accommodate me. I went to the front register where there is usually a manager in the office and re-explained my situation to the cashier. She was a deer in the headlights. I then asked for a manager. Instead the cashier beckoned 2 approx 20 year old girls (not managers) for me to re-re-explain everything. I was told that I cannot do that. I then posed the question as to why after a Lowes employee told me it was ok, why am I now receiving an issue. One of the girls asked me if I knew who I spoke to in the molding section. I retorted that I did not know his name but I remember his face and if I go through the effort to locate him and have him corroborate my story, can I then return them? She told me NO. I began to ask why she would pose such a query if the outcome would not change for me but I could see the glassy look in her eyes and knew I would be beating a dead horse. I could have ( and should have) been accommodated. I should have been provided with a manager when I asked for one but was refused. Seriously, they could have simply taken my 9 pieces of material and put them back on the shelf for resale (especially since they have trouble keeping them in stock)! Instead, not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 employees were content to stick me with $80 of unneeded materials. I imagine I will use them soon and so I will survive. I guess I was just used to excellent service and am very surprised so many of the employees did not have the gumption to speak to a manager to help me resolve it.

Horrible customer service. Instead of helping me find the correct drain snake, they told me to leave the aisle so they could use a lift for top stock. I've been in customer service over a decade. You wait on the customer. I could possibly see if they had the aisle partially blocked already but it wasn't. What's even more disturbing is hearing from my 11 year old daughter that 4 women were talking about how I "wouldn't leave the aisle". I left the aisle immediately. Toxic environment to shop in, much less the stares and ugly looks given. We will avoid shopping here. Home Depot has just earned our business. Management needs to get on top of the chit chatting and treatment of its customers. Remove toxic employees, there, that's what you need to do Management.

First let me say I'm a woman and I hate being sent to lowes looking for man parts in a man based store lmao. Tools and things are French to me even with pictures in hand lol. This store genuinely is one in town I prefer. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable enough to get you where you need to be. I went in for nails and saw blades you'd think ok Simple go In the nail section and saw blade section.. not for lack of trying on my own but I literally did laps around the store. 2 very nice employees in camo lowes vests came to my aid before I got so frustrated I'd bust in tears lol. I don't like asking for help because I'm a woman but sometimes you cut time in half looking if you just ask. They were great and today I was very grateful for the help.

When you ask about a tool cabinet that is advertised online to be in stock in the store and you ask an employee to get one of the 3 that are actually in stock out so you can see it and decide between the two, the employee shouldn't state it can only be taken out if you are sure you want to buy it because it takes heavy equipment and a lot of effort to get one out. It should also not take 3 calls and over 20 minutes on hold only to be told they can't find a manager and they can give him a message to call me. Credit to the manager who did call me back but I would advise him not to lie to customers. If you don't know who it was, how are you going to correct it? Why didn't you aka who the employee was? Especially when I told you I knew who it was you weren't interested. Why would I be interested in driving 45 minutes one way for lousy service to spend $400? Does not sound like a good business plan or a store I will be doing business with again. If the store manager wants to contact me, one of your assistants has my number. Meanwhile I found what I needed at Napa 10 minutes from the house

Don't buy floor models here. The employees will lie to you and tell you everything works its all good to go when in fact they never tested everything. Bought a refrigerator from here and the ice maker doesn't work.called them about it it and they said it was sold as is. I said yea you sold it to me telling me everything worked. Clearly that was a lie. They told me tough cookies and to call the manufacturer. Terrible people and a terrible way to treat you customers.

Came in for fencing, mulch, and pavers not knowing anything about any of them (sent by my fiancé of course) Deanna in the garden center was so polite and helpful. Not only did she assist me with finding everything that I needed, she also helped me to find the best versions of the products we were looking for. I will definitely be coming back. We are new to the area so it was great to have phenomenal assistance the first go round. EXCELLENT service. Make sure you find Deanna she's awesome!
