“My daughter and I had THE GREATEST assistance yesterday!Dakota was AMAZING!She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed!We came in with quite a request! She took her time with us and not once did she do it without a smile!I ordered 5 pairs of jeans online and my daughter ordered 2. They were all the wrong size and fit!She gave us options to try on, made sure the ones we needed were in the store or not THEN got out a tablet and went through styles online to help me find ones to replace the styles they were out of in my size!Now I’m not sure most folks nowadays would take that time to do all of what she did!Just a pleasant person and experience all the way around!Keep being great Dakota!! My girlfriend was there, and before i had arrived, she had told me that some of the employees were overly aggressive to employees trying to observe the items. However, the way they serviced each person to the best of their abilities in the situation at hand. I also wonder why they would have such a sale like that on a Monday.”

“On top of a surprisingly great variety of clothes and other items for wonderful prices, the customer service is amazing, it was just before Christmas and my Mom and I were trying to get something for my Dad without him knowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I am grateful for the cashier who realized my item had the wrong price tag on it and searched for it in their system and found it was a clearance item and was a much better price than the MSRP!”

“I walked in whilst browsing the beloved Jacksonville mall. I had no intentions on purchasing products from any given store, but as I ventured into Hollister Co I was taken aback by the grandiose selection of clothing, cologne, and underwear products. I had no idea what to buy! Fortunately, their manager was more than happy to assist me. Bri, I believe her name was, helped me browse the store and decide on various fashionable products for different situations. She helped me select two pairs of pants, swimming trunks, and three shirts with her complete understanding of Hollister's line of products and the fashion industry as a whole. I left the store in a better mood than I came in with and wore one of my outfits on a date later that night. If you're wondering, I got a second date out of it! I am incredibly satisfied with my experience here and highly recommend it. 5 stars isnt enough!”
