I have been here a few times before and every time either I am the only one in the store or I come in before someone and someone comes in after and each time these ladies never ask me to help with anything but they do for everyone else. Today I just said something because it happened right in front of my eyes one white lady walked in before me and was asked if she needed help and I came in right behind her and two ladies looked straight at me and said nothing! Of course when I mentioned this the lady said I’m sure it’s not a race thing! How funny the only employees at this location are white! If you are in a position of customer service here is some advice, everyone should be served regardless of skin color! I wonder if Carters is proud to have employees who treat paying customers this way! I will never go here again.

I visited the store today looking for clothes for my granddaughter due in April. The service was fine upon my first visit. When I went to check out I was double charged which is a simple mistake. When I called back to let them know that I was double charged and find out what time they closed and if I needed to come in or could they do it over the phone they argued with me. They informed me that I was not double charged, that I was wrong, that it always says two charges are pending. I had already spoke to my bank who informed me I was indeed double charged and I told them that my bank said I was double charged but they rudely insisted that I was wrong and that they close at six and I can come back so they can see my receipt. Upon returning less than an hour later they informed me that they could not give me back my money because they did not double charge me. So upon leaving the store I called my bank who will stop the transaction because I was in fact double charged and then I called corporate who Guess What said I was double charged. The problem isn’t that I was double charged, the problem is that they were rude and argued with me about the double charge. I will not be returning and I hope that other people take heed to this warning to check their receipts, to check their bank accounts because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.
