A very poor health care service from the Nurse that was in charge of taking care of our baby. She was snarky and uncaring. She was supposed to vaccinate our child. She came with someone she was training. Then with both nurses holding needles on hand proceeded to prepare two different sites at the same time. The one with the black long wavy hair was giving another lady how to do the jab. “Just pinch/grab and put it” …she was telling her how to do it. Which made us very nervous. We were confused and asked what the plan was and she crudely said they will do the vaccination both at the same time. She spoke as a matter of fact and by then I was covering my child’s leg with my hand while she was crying nervously. I pointed out that was not a good idea and that we prefer they handle it one at a time. She barked “it will be more painful”. We repeated that we would prefer one at a time. Mind you this is not our first baby and we are well used to dealing with medical staff. So she went ahead with the shot first to the right thigh. After she inserted the needle there was a significant leakage. Am not sure if any of the vaccine went in. Which I pointed out and she just put the bandaid on and said it is because my child was crying. Then she gave more order to the trainee who went ahead and jabbed our child while I was trying to calm the baby. She brushed off our concerns and was rushed and eager to be through the visit and move on with her day. We felt that she was speaking in a crude tone to us and treating us a certain way. We do not say that lightly as people who are highly educated and successful in our respective fields. We would go on to file a formal
complaint as well.

One of the worst offices i have ever seen waisting time dont understand anything and instead of making thinks easier making it harder dont ever try this place find somewhere better

I highly recommended this location, everyone is so nice overall Dr. Marleen T. is the BEST doctor that I’ve ever had! She always takes her time to answer my questions. I'm so glad I found her !

I love Dr Chen and his office staff. They are always very nice and professional. Angela, helped me with scheduling my appointment, but also answered several questions that I had.

I have really enjoyed how kind and caring the receptionists are (shout out to Tracy) and my medical assistant today Makeba was the BEST of ALL my doctor visits! Makeba was so warm, personable, wise and joyful!! I have had such a lovely time during my visit/appointment today at their new facility and I don’t usually use the word “lovely” to describe my doctor visits.

Virtual visit option made it very convenient for me to meet with a provider quickly and easily. Marleen Traywick, NP is amazing and really knows her stuff. Always right on top of the problem. 10/10 recommend her.

My husband needed home health care and his surgeon was three weeks late signing the order. We contacted Dr. Douglas Chen, our primary doctor, and the next day we had the services we needed. Thank you, Dr. Chen!

Tracy at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful.
