I am writing this review as I am sitting outside of the storage place trying to get in - for the second time this month. I park my work truck in here, so I'm literally sitting here losing money while the gate code isn't working and the phone numbers I have are unresponsive. This is a very frustrating situation.
As other reviews have mentioned this is not a 24-hour location as advertised - and the customer service is horrible. Store your stuff elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 star for this facility I would. In the years I have paid for storage here my unit has been broken into twice. The lack of willingness to protect your property in these units by mgmt is appalling. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone unless you want your things stolen.

Determining the location in the application did not work, then the application prompts you to enter a barcode, which of course is not available anywhere - fortunately the support works, they gave me the code for the lock when I called. The same problems when returning the truck, I had to leave it as is, and in the morning one of the employees checked the truck and closed the order. In general, unnecessary stress for the client is guaranteed

Let me start by saying the owner Mr L. Is a joy to work with and so humble and sweet. I love how secure the property is and I have never had any issues. I have had the same unit over a year and it’s great. I love the 24 he access and the gate always works. I would highly recommend this storage company. The units are reasonably priced for the size. The location is convenient as well.

Owner was very nice. My fiance and I were renting a UHaul van for the first time and he answered our questions thoroughly. Process was very simple for our short rental.

Some of the nicest people i have met in a while. Very personal and genuine. Lance helped me out alot. Offered me and my father something to drink and the lady there helped my dad when his sugar was low. Uhaul has caused me alot of issues regarding my truck and even forcing me to move storage units because of there were code violations out of my control. The staff there made things a little easier for me and it was very appreciated considering how frustrated i already was.

I rented a U-Haul online, with pickup from this location. I made the reservation online and tried to call the location with questions, but nobody answered or returned my message throughout the day. When I went to the location later in the day, there was a sign in the window saying they were gone all day and would have a cell phone to answer calls if needed, but that was obviously not the case. The U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 service didn't work properly and I ended up being unable to pick up the truck since there was no one to help.

I’ve rented many U-Haul vehicles and used many storage facilities for various purposes over the past 4 decades, but never have I felt more valued and appreciated than at this location. I’ve been totally satisfied with every rental process, and will continue to use this facility for all my moving and storage situations.

I've been with them for 5 years the most part a nice placeThe only thing that wasdisappointing is that theynever put the 24 hour all access up I was told after construction they would have it upThe manager Lance is a really nice guy very helpful

The location had a break-in this morning. Several storages were broken in, including my trailer . I asked the office if they had the security camera captured the break in. The staff said, for whatever reason, the camera did not capture anything. There were obvious security faults. wrote to the management awaiting for response on preventive actions...
