Waited 30 minutes for them to open at 10 AM on Saturday only to be told they weren’t going to open on time and that one employee couldn’t open the building. Hour+ wasted on drive and waiting. Never seen a bank open late like this in my life.

So I haven’t had my account long. I’m honestly getting scared at this point. Why can’t I see my check I deposited? It wasn’t a small check either. I’m worried I will be screwed by a bank again. Because BB&T now Truist definitely made my life hell for over a year.

One lady lied to me and said they couldn't cash my check because she wasn't sure if it was legit even after me proving the address to a dealership where I work and the other worker confirming it as well. She said it would be "cheaper" to just open an account but never told me they charge you $15 for a debit card as soon as you open it. It would have been $5 to cash my check which the money wasn't the issue. It's the fact she acted like the check wasn't trusted to get me to open an account then lied about the fees.

Everytime I come here they have to hold my check just in case it's "fraud". What if I needed the funds urgently this is truly ridiculous and sad to make customers feel like they are committing a crime and can never have funds available before 7 days horrible branch I will never come to this one again. They are stereotyping people.

Gabrielle is VERY rude my disabled little brother is coming to get quarters her tells her thank you. She doesn’t say thank you or anything just tells him to leave.

I use to love this bank but the new staff just makes you feel uncomfortable and when I go cash a check they make it seem has if I’m scamming when I have been banking with them for 7years never had a problem or made me feel embarrassed!!!! Like now

I have been an account holder with woodforest going on 6 years now. Today I went in to deposit a check into my account and bring it up to date. My check was put on hold due to "confidential information stating it was not going to be paid". This is the same check that I have been getting every 3 months, that has not ever bounced or been put on hold. I am very disappointed in the woodforest manager. My favorite guy was not there I know for a fact this would not have happened if he was. It was very embarrassing. Thank God I opened up an account with BOA and set up my direct deposit with them, I will not be dealing with Woodforest too much longer.

If you ever need to talk to someone on the phone, be prepared to use this app. You'll end up having to call around from location to location. I was there last week. There were 6 staff members and 3 customers. The ph rang and rang & everybody was ignoring it. I've noticed this countless times at different branches. My account has been hacked 2 times in 2 years and I've had the most difficult time trying to get their help. 2 days ago, I went in to fill out additional paperwork. Today, they called and said that my account was negative & wanted to know when I'm going to do something about it. I've been disputing these charges for weeks and that's the only reason why they called? Then I asked if she could see on her end that the charges were being disputed & that's why I haven't deposited the money. Then, they immediately hung up. No update on any of my issues, just hung up. Do yourself a favor and choose a reliable bank. The only perk with woodforest is their hours. This bank is trash!

I have really enjoyed for the most part having my checking account at Wood Forest Bank at the Huntersville Walmart the people that work at the store are very friendly and very professional my only complaint is they only have one ATM and in this ATM you cannot deposit any money and you can't take any money out what kind of ATM is that?
