Without a doubt, Dr. Alisha Fennell and her staff are one of the most caring, compassionate,, dedicated group of pet providers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are down to earth, professional, and take the time to get know their pet patients, as well as pet parents. I have been going there for several years now, and most importantly my pup loves her ! I even had an emergency and was routed to her business partner Dr. Adams and received the same level of care and treatment.... “October 2024- Asheville's hurricane forced me to flee to Charlotte with my dog. I was staying with my sister and my dog got a hold of FOUR chocolate cake pops. I rushed her here and they were SO caring. Not only did they take care of the chocolate issue, my dog also had scabs from an allergy and they washed them out and gave me meds for it. This was such a professional, caring, and thorough veterinary visit. I won't get into specifics, but they went above and beyond for me knowing that I was from Asheville.
