I had made an appoitment for and oil change through their website. I dropped off the car at 9 am and they told me they would call me once done since I was dropping it off instead of waiting for it. Three hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I tried calling to see if I could get an estimated time. No one picked up and their voicemail was full. I decided to go back to the shop and check to see if maybe they had finished it and had just gotten busy with phone calls and hadn't hand a chance to reach out yet. Upon arrival I was informed that there were still two cars ahead of mine. I said I made an appointment to which I was told well the people who wait in the shop come first and the appointment just meant that my car would be serviced that day. That's not how appoitments work and the fact that they still hadn't touched the car after 3 hours was ridiculous. I took my key and told them to forget it. Total waste of time.

They did an excellent job on my alignment. The steering wheel was off and I took it back and they readjusted everything in the other fantastic job.

Professional and very impressive Auto Service Center.
From the front desk to the service bay technicians everything is streamlined detailing the issue at hand so there are no misunderstandings.
After the work is completed the technician goes over the work with the floor manager. Then they both come out to greet you and go over the work. No hidden costs or up charges!
I brought in my 2005 Tahoe for advanced diagnostics, with 252k miles. I needed the problem fixed and mentioned that the truck has to make the trip to NH.
The manager and technician both Tahoe owners told me their trucks have 350k+ miles and not to worry.
This is top notch customer service when the manager comes out and sits down with you answering all your questions and then engage in small talk. Personal touch that put a smile on my face and an overall fantastic experience. The girl at the front desk is so nice, and before you leave prints out a copy of every detail she added in the computer.

My sister wrecked my car on Interstate 77 North near Cornelius North Carolina. AAA had my car towed to AAA Car Care hoping for repairs. They were unable to do the repairs and it was towed to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center-Huntersville. The wheel was bent in from hitting cement barrier and spinning around twice on the road. These guys had my car Safely drivable (major repairs ahead) for the 6 hours back to Ohio . They are amazing. They will not let you down.
