“Carried my jeep (last minute) to Classic Pro to get a look over for a 6 hour trip I was making this past weekend. I knew I had a radiator leak and had a replacement coming, but not before my trip. I was looking for assurance that everything was going to be ok. They were pretty adamant that I should not make this trip with the leak I had. Seeing that I was not taking their "no, don't do it", these guys found a radiator after 4pm the day I was leaving, stayed late to get it installed, and then texted to see how my trip was going!!! “I’ve gone to Christian Brothers a couple of times now and have gotten very work done, specifically alignment and tires. My last experience went well. But I had an issue about a month after leaving. I’m not local to the location. I called and the representative Cliff gave me some news I didn’t really want to hear. And I reacted very poorly. He kept his composure and continued to want to provide great costumer service. The issue was resolved, and it was not Christian Brothers or his fault. Hats off to him and Christian Brothers and I will definitely bring my car back when in town. Highly recommend!”
