Staff was nice. My toddler was very anxious about the haircut and there was nothing that really put her at ease during the appointment. Unfortunately, as a result her hair cut which was just a straight trim is VERY uneven.

I would like to thank Brittany…yes my son cried when the clippers were on his head, but she ( Brittany) talked to my son the whole time and made him comfortable. Hands down, we will be going back to visit Brittany!!

Two claps for Kate!!! ?? She was awesome with our little guy. Our son has always been terrified of getting his haircut. Kate was patient, efficient and fast! She is by far our favorite at this salon.

This was our son’s first haircut and the experience was wonderful. Check in was super quick. I suggest trying to book for a weekday. The ladies were really nice and had lots of fun distractions. Diane was very quick and the cut was no less quality. We will definitely be returning!

I can’t get over how bad my son’s hair looks. This was taken right after we left the salon. I even pointed it out to the stylist how choppy it was and had him sit back in the chair so she could fix it. She cut one tiny piece of hair off of him and said “that should fix it ”. Now I have to go pay to have this fixed. Don’t recommend Karnetra Williams at all.

We LOVE Brittney! She always gives my son the nicest haircut and engages with him. It makes the trip out here worthwhile because we know we are getting the best service and personality when Brittney takes care of him.

I made an online appointment for my daughter for a cut/wash/blow dry. When I arrived for my appointment there was pure chaos at the front desk. One of the stylists was asleep at her station. We were then escorted by the person who was going to cut my daughter's hair. The salon chair was at its highest point and she expected my daughter who is 6 to climb into the chair. I asked her to lower it and she ignored me. After lifting my daughter into the chair she told me she didn't wash hair and she would spray it before cutting and had no time to blow dry it afterwards. Needless to say I took my daughter out of the chair and walked out of the salon. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!

We had an amazing experience at Snip-its Haircuts for Kids. Wow ?? ?? Diane was so friendly and so professional. My daughters hair is cut beautifully ? We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Snip-its Haircut for Kids

It's usually a good spot for my son. This time was a bummer. We checked in for our 4:20 appointment but then didn't get sat until 5:05 - which would have been okay if somebody had told us that there would be a wait. I could have at least taken my son out around for a walk instead of him getting pent up inside. Once we sat down, the haircut was just not great. The barber was nice but she just didn't do a good job. The cut is choppy and uneven, and I had to ask a few times to fix parts before we left. Still doesn't look great. Disappointed in the whole trip this time around.

I want to like this place because it appears clean, and it’s conveniently located. The stylists themselves are hit or miss. I specifically say no products, and products are given. I ask for my little boy’s hair to be left long in the back so it doesn’t stand up. An hour after we leave and the mousse I said no to (but the stylist forgot and added) - his hair is standing up in the back. This place is far too expensive and the service varies. Heaven help you if the online system is down. Calling in to get help is pointless. They make it very clear it’s a system and they know nothing/can do nothing. You can’t fault the stylists for this, but it seems like a major flaw. I keep trying to go back, and shame on me. I rather go to SportsClips for a $12 cut - the inconsistency is warranted at that price.I won’t go back and asked to have things fixed, because - the only thing they can do at this point is make it shorter (making the cowlick worse) and I don’t even know how I would book that online. Like I said, I won’t bother calling them.Clean and entertaining for small children, but for the price I will bring my own iPad and lollipops for a less expensive trim.Service: Kids' cuts

We had an appointment scheduled for my son. My husband took him along with my 4 year old and God forbid my 4 year old had to go the bathroom resulting in my my husband arriving 5 minutes late. They supposedly have a 5 minutes grace period but the clerk told him when he didn't arrive right at 4:40 they took a walk-in (no 5 minute grace period). My husband left 40 minutes early for this appointment because it's almost Christmas and traffic is insane only to get there 5 minutes late and be told to reschedule! 1 star. The place smells like lemon cleaning chemicals and the haircut we got the 1st time wasn't even that great, but thought we'd give them another shot since they're designed for kids. We won't be returning... ever.

Charlotte always does a great job! We moved here about a year ago and it’s the only place we take our 5 and 3 yo. I will say, they are fairly strict with appt times and Birkdale is BUSY so plan 10-15 minutes extra just to find parking and get into the shop! We always do that and haven’t had issues.
