After calling and discussing my issue with Mark, he now understands my issue was not simply free service over bulbs. I am more than willing to pay what I owe. My issue was with how the tech didn't complete my service nor attempted to reschedule to do so. I felt I was not handled properly. Mark I appreciate you rectifying this situation.

They do charge an additional 3% fee for any cards (debit included). This is the only place I take my BMW to, they’re negotiable on labor hrs when I asked for some extra work done while working in the engine area. Happy so far!

Honest people! I went in for one thing and they told me it didn’t need to be replaced at this time.
So I got some other things done that I needed and got me in right away and did a great job! Detailed and speedy process!
I highly recommend them!

Showed up for an AC issue on my 2012 BMW X3 without an appointment. They were kind and offered to take a look after running me through possible scenarios. Less than an hour later I was on my way with cold air again. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing work on their BMW.

The guys at MB Mercedes BMW Mini are great! I took my 528i and X1 to them on a Friday afternoon and they were able to give me oil and filter changes on both cars, air filter change, full service inspection on both cars, and recharge my A/C, and get me out the door in time to take my wife out to dinner! I will definitely be returning to them for all work and maintenance on my cars.

I generally do my repairs myself, but in the event that I do have to take my cars in, this is the only shop that I take them to. These gentlemen have always been fair, honest, and dealt fairly with me. Their customer service has been unmatched every time I’ve dealt with them and everyone I have dealt with is always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Above all, they have shown themselves time and time again to be honest and fair. I would recommend them without reservations to anyone.

I took my hardtop convertible to these guys and within 10 minutes they had my problem fixed, Great service and they know exactly what they are doing, 10/10 would recommend to any bmw/mercedes owner.

I came in with a 2003 E39 with some random transmission electrical issues . Not only did Tommy help me understand what was going on, he showed me as well , and was very patient explaining the wiring and diagrams to me . Thank you so much Tommy !
