I have never been talked to the way Jennifer spoke to me today. Apparently I didn't get the service I paid for the past 2 times going to her. A full foil includes your roots right, right? Worst experience ever, with her attitude I don't know how she could have any clients.Services: Hair coloring

I purchased a Groupon and Jennifer refused to accept it and was very rude in the process. I paid $92 for the Groupon and she tried to charge me $120 instead which is a violation of Groupon Policies. I will never go here ever!

I found Jennifer through a Groupon deal and was very skeptical about having someone completely new that I never met, seen or even heard of do work on my hair! I mean what's the odds of finding the perfect salon and being completely satisfied and happy with the end results when all is said and done??? Well let me tell you, when I first met Jennifer my hair was a mess!!! Even Jennifer admittedly agreed!! Which only told me she was an honest person, and I'd rather her tell me the truth even if that meant to hurt my feelings, than to tell me a bold face lie! She tells you as she sees it and is straight forward! No sugar coating added!!! She is not a scammer and nor has she ever been a scammer and took me for my money! If you are looking for a salon stylist that is honest, listens to you and what you want, super nice & friendly, out to please her clients and doesn't cost an arm & a leg for her services than look no further! I have been getting my keratin treatments with Jennifer for a little over two years and i wouldn't go anywhere else! She has an awesome personality, she's open and honest and she's a sweet person. She will try to accomadate you any which way she can ; when she can.

She will try to accomadate you any which way she can ; when she can. If you show her a picture of JLO and ask her if she can make you look like JLO.. she will let you know in the most honest and realistic way whether your request are realistic or not. She is highly recommended for all your hair needs!! 5

I found Jennifer two years ago on Groupon for keratin after my hair was mangled and broken by another hairdresser. Two years later I still come to her and so does my best friend and we LOVE HER. She has completely nursed my hair back to health from being burned off and stripped thin. As far as coloring she will listen to your needs and communicate her professional opinion till you're both on the same page. I've loved my hair color every time. I have people asking me non stop who does my hair. Finding a hairdresser on Groupon is taking a gamble. I definitely struck gold. Highly recommend her!

Had a keratin treatment, not a fan of the process personally, but pain is beauty. The 48 hours with the product on my hair wasn't my favorite (an expected process) but the treatment and results were good

I've been in NC almost 5 years and I've finally found a stylist I absolutely love! I've been seeing her for almost 2 years now for cut and color (4 for keratin treatments) and I can honestly say I'll never go to another stylist. Her cuts last, her color is spot on and I do keratin every 6 months or so. I highly recommend a visit.
