Went by this Great Clips on a whim and it was a great experience! I can't remember the girl's name who cut my hair but she was extremely friendly and we had a great chat. I checked in online and there was literally no wait when I got in. Very clean and inviting, one of the better Great Clips salons I've been in!

A frustrating experience. When I checked in I was told the wait time was about 15 minutes but an hour later I was still waiting. Had I known the real wait time, I would have gone and eaten lunch beforehand but instead I waited in the salon due to the misguided wait time pronouncement.My actual haircut was quite bad. It's not blended together as desired, is noticably shorter than I requested, a little uneven in spots, and has a couple long patches of hair where the stylist missed those spots. I have no clue what happened but I've not experienced anything quite like it in a long time. I advise people to explore other hair salon options over using this location.

Please do NOT go to this location. First and last time we will be going to this location for haircuts. Dorenda cut my husband's hair and somehow cut one side completely off and then cut only the top layer on the other side leaving the underlayer untouched in attempt to leave some length. Not only that she somehow cut a section of my husband's beard on one side. I walked back in and showed her photos but she stated that she is a visual person and needed my husband back in to see if she could fix it. I didn't allow her fix it since it was so bad the first time. I ask for our money back and I was refused until my husband walked back in. After my husband walked in another hairdresser confirmed that it was a bad job and gave us our money back but told me that we could not get the tip back because she didn't know how. I would give zero stars if I could. Never have I ever ask for money back but this was not fixable. My son also got a haircut by Suzanne and it was not great but she left enough for me to fix at home. Very disappointed.UPDATE: Went to the Great Clips in Denver and Tiffany did an AMAZING JOB fixing my husband's hair. Unfortunately the one side was cut so short she could only clean up the cut but blended the rest so well that it looks like he asked for a shorter cut that will grow evenly within the next three weeks.
