I brought my Mother in for a shampoo and they were kind to my Mom. The service was great. Price is a little pricey at first but after I explained what my Mom typically needs is very simple, no fancy blow out needed, they adjusted the price. Will be back every week.

The quality of the service has Decreased a lot in the last few Months. The last time I was there to get a haircut the hairstylist forgot to cut a small piece of my hair on the back, when I went back, she used a dirty blade and I end up with a big spot on the back of my head. The hair is not growing on that area. I will not be back there for sure!!. The prices increasing n the quality is decreasing. Every week there is a different hairstylist in there. Not even the employees are stable. Now I need to spend more money to fix this problem!!! Just a headache!!!

I personally have gotten my haircut here several times and I have always gotten a good cut. I don't know the styles names but the bald guy and the south American lady are both very nice people.
