Target is addictive but so much fun shopping there. My cashier had a surprise visit from her daughter wishing her a Happy Valentine's Day. Love is love. My purpose was to check out their Black History Month displays. They do a good job in my opinion of showcasing our global neighbors with unique items not found anywhere else. Custoner service is good. Cashiers are helpful and might just walk you to the item location you saw online. Prices are comparable and have good value. It's always nice to visit, clean aisles, and endcap items, pulling you closer. Be back soon

Mismanaged low inventory - maybe if they would answer the phone to save me the trip for an out of stock item (again)

Went to get a few Christmas decorations for the house. Almost threw up. Christmas is red and green and maybe some gold and silver with white snow. Not a rainbow. Shop at Aldi's for Christ sake. They have the correct Christmas colors. (and no girl undies with a junk flap).

Wish I could give them no stars. Made an online order and they claimed it would be available for pickup within two hours. Two hours later get a message that item "was not in stock". Total waste if time and total incompetence on their part. Will never shop at Target again

Worst target I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Inaccurate stock information. Narrow aisles. Random items left behind and not reorganized. And beware, no tp in the bathroom stall, so check for it beforehand.

I went in to just get one thing but since it's target I thought maybe I'd walk around for a bit. But gosh this target is laid out terribly! All the aisles were super tight, like could barely get two carts by each other. There were boxes piled up all over. I know shelves have to be stocked and whatnot but it was a hazard in my opinion. I felt claustrophobic walking through and definitely will not be going back here!

After calling five stores all through Charlotte looking for an oh cedar spin mop and no one answering the phone rather me getting hung up on. I finally called the target at University Place and I hit human resource and Tam a lady named Tam answered the phone and she found me one and I drove to the store and picked it up. Fantastic service Tam thank you! Jacqueline Brown

I love Target (spoken with a French accent) and this one is nice. It's no secret that like many places, Target is no longer requiring masks inside the store. Most customers and employees are taking advantage of this option. This store is usually well stocked, and I love their drive up service. I notify them that I'm headed to the store when I leave, and they always have my items outside on the cart. I've done drive up at other locations and the service was not as fast. Love the customer service here. I'll return again and again.

A total nightmare- This store is by far the worst Target I have visited. Store is a mess! The cashiers are SLOW and in no hurry. I headed to grab some breadsticks at the little cafe, behind 3 others waiting ...and waiting...and waiting. One of the customers went to Starbucks to get help with service and apparently the employee was in the back doing dishes. When she came out from the back, she acted put out that people were waiting. Her appearance and snarl on her face turned me off of anything she may have cooked. I will NOT be back to this Target location.

This Target shares the same parking lot as Harris Teeter, Lowe's, and about 20 other stores- needless to say, the parking lot can get real rowdy! Thankfully though, I have been able to get in and here though with for the most part no issues. On my most recent trip (Saturday), my sister kept telling me about curbside pickup they offer- via the Target app. I always thought it was a joke, but she swore by it. Needless to say, I downloaded the app, and decided to get a few things (since I knew I would be in town for a while). I put 5 things in my cart, pushed drive up, and waited for my ready text. When it was ready, we just had to drive up. When we got close, it triggered the app (after telling it what kind of car we had). A gentlemen came right out with my 2 bags, scanned my phone, and voila! That was definitely a game changer, IMO. Going in the store is another option, if you dare, but I personally haven't had any issues with anything- just sometimes bratty suburban moms- but that happens anywhere. If you do the drive up, make sure you park in the correct spot, and don't take the spot if you are not doing drive up- that is grounds for tire slashing...

I had an issue with price being marked incorrectly on a high chair the display and where the item was housed were $39.99 Emma took down the sign on the display and said I could price check it else where or take the chair that was really $39.99. I continued to shop and when I went to check out I spoke to Haley the manager! I asked her about the policy on mispriced items she said there is really not one! I explained to her that I felt it was some type bias because I am black I felt she thought I was trying to get over! She didn't offer to work with us when this was clearly a store error because all the signs were still up. Haley was very patient and agreed that since the display was tagged and the chair was in the $39.99 space that it could been handled differently and she adjusted the price to $49.99. She assured me that she would talk to her team because she doesn't want any customer to feel like there was any bias! Thanks Haley for caring about your customers!

As Nikki says, I NEED a Target intervention! I love all Targets in general, but this one is my absolute least favorite one in the area... well except maybe University because that one is SKETCHY. I agree that the fire improved things visually, but the parking lot is horrendous, the lines are long and slow and the service is just meh. I have done Target runs at this location and even getting to the pull up spots is a challenge. I honestly only use this location if I have to. Super Target in Afton Ridge is so much better all the way around. Save yourself the headache and keep on driving down 73 to Afton Ridge. You will be happy you did.

Avoid this Target like the plague unless you are interested in long lines. I have shopped at this Target for 10+ years, but will be ordering online from Amazon going forward. Way to go Target for driving a long time customer away from brick and mortar stores. This Target rarely has more than 4 cash registers open, to make a few extra bucks customers are made to wait in line for an eternity.

One of my favorite reasons for going here was the clearance sections/endcap displays. They're nothing like they used to be. They had some of the most awesome clearance items and prices, but ever since they remodeled after the "fire" (kid set off sprinklers) a few years back, it's lousy now. And the electronics section has gradually been downsized over time. There isn't much here you can't find at Wal-Mart, and cheaper. The layout of the store is fine, but it could definitely use a refresh. I'll say they have some of the cleanest public bathrooms I've been in, and I appreciate that. And the employees will ask if you need help. I mainly just go here for the Starbucks now.

I went to target to shop for bathing suits in the teenager section and to my surprise they only go up to double d and I'm 15 with triple d idk what targets trying to do but they got me messed up with these small bathing suits. I'm very disappointed leaving with nothing because all the bathing suits looked like they were for a 8 year old. Target bye I won't be back.
