Went to store 1 hour before it closed with a car that had a dead battery. The store staff were incredibly helpful and got a new battery in my car that night.

I couldn't have asked for better assistance. My son and I were in this store on 3/11 at around 7:00. I had questions about my AC and Derrick explained A LOT. He even came out and showed us how to test a few things. The other men in the store were very helpful and attentive also. When it slowed down they assisted us also. This store is now my home town auto parts store!

Nice store with great choice of goods and high-level service. There is a cookout nearby, so you can get food and go fix your car.Derek was super friendly and offered to take a look at the car outside, despite the cold weather. After checking it out, he suggested the right parts to buy. Nice up/cross sale potential, should be given a raise or promoted. The rest of the team was good as well, asking if I needed help while shopping.Highly recommend this store to anyone

Although I came in with a pretty basic request I want to give a huge kudos to Christian C. Very helpful and informative! Took the time to explain the differences between the products available to make sure I was all set, but was also personable enough for it to not just be a transaction. Keep it up!

Jenny & Chris were EXTREMELY helpful in obtaining a New Catalytic Converter replacement for my 2012 Honda.Very patient with questions that I had, and helped out tremendously in ordering the part for me.Great people to work with, been using them for years. I do all my own work on my vehicles, and this location always goes above and beyond.

Customer service sucks here. Knowing you need help they look at you and keep talking to each other instead of offering help. After asking to make sure I had the right size they show me on the screen instead of actually taking me to the section to help me select the best item. I’ve been to many Autozones in the past but this has had to be the worst one.

Great experience, even as the only guy working (don’t remember his name) he put a new battery in my car and was conscious of my time and of guests in the store, even a guy in line offered to help (and did help)! Great service in a very timely manner for a very stressed person.

Had a battery problem on my Silverado 1500.. battery just died … went over there got the right battery, no hassle and no wait … great guys on site and they got me moving again fast … thanks guys keep up the great work
