Very quick service. Everyone in there was very polite, friendly and professional. I don't care for needles at all, and the staff was very respectful and as helpful as they could be toward that end. Lisa was great! However there snack selection was a little sad. You can't have it all I guess

Made an online appointment. Arrived 10mins early and checked in. Waiting 20 mins then asked if I were donating blood ? Because of where I was sitting. That tells me they don't follow appointment roster. 30mins of my life I will never get back. I left with no donation being made. System is broke not the phobotomist.
