Very nice when you start, promised taxes to be worked on in completed in a week but past that date and havent even been looked at. Upon return, terrible customer service. Rude and incompetent.

We had our taxes 1 done at the Hope Mills location and although our preparer was nice, we later learned she is less than knowledgeable. Subsequent years we saw Dawn in Fayetteville on Raeford rd and she has been the best. I will never again recommend the Hope Mills office. The preparer , Marsha put in tax information that was not even ours!! We ended up paying the irs and the Fayetteville office found & fixed the error but had to file an amendment. In the meantime we paid over $3k to the IRS for the Hope Mills preparers mistake.

The latest experience I’ve had with this office was horrendous. No attention to detail about my return and much confusion on the part of the preparer. I have always used H & R Block, never again! Too expensive for a basic return, not very professional.

Been a customer of the block for 21 years. Peace of mind is a joke. Got a notice from the IRS that we owe more than what we were told. Their response was we filed to early. Will no longer go to the Block for taxes after being customers for so long to do us dirty like that. They just called us and said we owe 699 for their services. We paid at the time of our taxes. Someone is trying to line their pockets at this office.
