There is always trash all over the ground every time I come. Even seen a miniature trash tornado.
Ground at the pump is sticky and looks like it hasn’t been pressure washed in years.

Decent sheets but it’s not being maintained. All the trash cans are always overflowing and place can be dirty.

Workers are nice, and the store is clean however the store looks like hell. Empty shelves for the drinks, and any slushie machines weren’t filled “because they keep breaking down” that had product in it from today. Had asked why the shelves were empty and was told no one was in to stock. The only products available were Coca Cola products. Actually went here just for GFUEL and it was all out but there was stock in the back. It looks like it hasn’t been stocked since yesterday morning. Also found a half filled drink in the stock room. Something to note is when we asked about the products the woman in the black shirt she had no idea what we were talking about. You can see the empty shelves from the registers.

Was getting a DoorDash order, anytime I would try to approach a worker they would walk off or get out of sight. After 30 mins of telling me if would be ready soon they handed me the customers order that they had misplaced behind the counter. No apology or accountability on their part.
A 1 star rating is very generous for them

Alex helped us fix our flat tire and wouldn't take a dime from us. He should win employee of the month, he was so sweet and helpful. It was midnight I don't know what we would of done without him.

My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and it was the saddest burrito ever. For $9 it was the same size as his fist. He paid extra for mini hashbrowns and got maybe three in the whole thing. Very disappointed. Also it took so long that the lady behind us left.

Family and I are travelers from NY and stopped to get gas and use the restrooms. my interaction with Mr. Greg was very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. These are the qualities that make an employee the face of your company! “Thanks Greg “ hope to meet again!!

As I sit here and eat my pizza and watch the 3 White women working now say welcome in or Welcome to Sheetz to every single white person that comes to the front door.
Not one person of color was extended that warm welcome when they came in.

They were quick with the service. However, I felt that the young man at the window was nice because he felt he had to there was no genuine emotion behind it. Also, instead of correcting my order for me like I very kindly asked when I reached the window he completed ignored what I was saying to rush me out of line. I requested that the onion petals that I accidentally ordered on my chicken sandwich be removed and that it be removed from my order. I knew I ordered a cup of onion petals on the side which is what I wanted. He still charged me for both the onion petals on the chicken sandwich and on the side instead of removing the ones on the chicken sandwich and taking it off my order as I requested. I will not be going back because of that and hia clear displeased demeanor of me when I was as kind as I could be after 7 hours at UNC hospital. This was on August 1st in the 12 am hour close to about 12:15-12:45. Or a little earlier.

I was harrassed by homeless strung-out dope addicts for $$ before I even got out of my truck. Then hit up again on the way out...guess what-the answer is still no.
There was armed security inside...not that they do anything. I watched a guy load his pockets with all the headache & diarrhea meds on the shelf&then just walk out?

We got gas and 7 of us purchased a late lunch to go. The food was prepared as ordered and was good.
