The flowers were beautiful. It was easy to order. The lower score was due to the delivery. The flowers were delivered at the very end of the day after a call from the delivery person telling us the street doesn't exist. This address has existed for 50 years and is in every Google or GPS map that I have seen. After telling the person a connecting street, then the delivery person exclaimed, "Oh, I know where that is". It really felt like the delivery person didn't want to look up the information and instead explained the issue as a delivery problem. So what started off as a great experience was diminished by the delivery.

I received a delivery from Flower Patch last week, and it was, by far, the most beautiful arrangement I have ever had! Each flower was flawless, and they followed my daughter's request to a T: "She likes color!" I will use no one else from here on out.

Have enjoyed years and years of great service and flowers! Check out this stunning arrangement (top view to show the full glory). Thoughtful delivery, letting me know it arrived so I could get it from the warm porch. So glad my out-of-town gifters found this local treasure for sending TLC : ) Today is 3 days after delivery, I re-cut, discarded greens and still have a big full vase of fresh prettiness!

I moved to Chicago from Hillsborough, NC, where The Flower Patch is located. When living in NC, they were always great to work with but when I needed a plant for a funeral and dealt with them directly from Chicago, they were even better! I wasn't sure what I wanted and they were so helpful, sent actual photos of the options in my price range. I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs!

I am from Hillsborough but live in Benson now. Most of my family live in Hillsborough and Rougemont. I always use The Flower Patch if i need to send flowers. Their prices are reasonable and I have never been disappointed with arrangement I have ever sent!!!! Yesterday i found out my daughter in laws uncle had died he was more like a Grandfather to her. I placed my order online at 10:45 and the flowers were delivered by 12:30 . I put in the message i understoodif they could't be delivered on Saturday I understood because they close at 12 and Monday would be fine. They not only delivered them on Saturday but they were gorgeous. I wish we had a Flower Patch here. They are some talented people there and I will ALWAYS use them.They truly are an exceptional florist. I am attaching the last 2 floral arrangements they did for me.
