Stay away from this store!!They mismeasured an expensive shirt and would not exchange the shirt. Other than trying the shirt on (to find out it didn't fit), it wasn't worn or washed. They questioned my integrity when the situation was explained. There is no way I would do business with the shop.

Main store has a wonderful selection of European brands Good stock and happy to order the right size if they don't have Sale room upstairs is amazing value and selection I have bought whole wardrobes up there. Both locations give impeccable patient service old school style. I stop in every time I am in Highlands

Apparently my attire wasn’t fitting enough to get help or even acknowledgment from the staff. I’m a retail store owner selling other kinds of footwear and apparel, so I understand if you have shady people in your store, but sticking your nose in the air because I’m not dressed to their expectations or preference is just poor service. I needed an outfit for a wedding and was willing to spend the money for quality clothing and accessories, however, the absolutely terrible service sent me elsewhere.Furthermore, the selection was mediocre at best. I’m sure the store will be fine without me, but buyer beware, if you like to wear Crispi Boots, KUIU hunting apparel, and wranglers, you won’t be welcomed by the staff.

We stopped by today with hope of finding a few, maybe more, great pieces. My husband was actually excited to shopI chose not to join him and I am relieved that I did not. Granted, we were out walking prior to our visit. He was dressed in outdoor attire. The staff never greeted him and ignored him during his visit.Wow! Never make an assumption based upon someone's appearance. Specifically, in retail. We will not return

The best staff! The staff is so helpful and kind! I told one of them my purchase was a gift and she wrapped it and it looked absolutely lovely! Very nice things in the store and the most wonderful staff!. So glad I got my gift from here!

Every time I visit TJ Bailey's I am welcomed with such friendly faces. No matter who is working, I am always greeted with a smile! It's a pleasure to shop at such a high quality store.

I had a $200.00 gift certificate from a charity auction an had only used about $30.00 of it. I forgot that I had it and went back two years later and was told that they had changed their tracking system, and couldn't find a record of it. Have not, and will not ever go back.

I was in the store today and it became very clear that the way I was dressed made the staff feel as though I couldn’t “afford” the prices in the store. The first thing one of the employees said to me upon entering the store was “um hello, our clearance is up the stairs” as she looked me up and down ... I was completely dumbfounded. I felt offended and very very uncomfortable as the staff kept their eyes on me the entire time I was in the store, like I was going to steal something. It is one thing to say “make sure you check out our clearance” or even something else!! A freakin HELLO would’ve been better than profiling someone because of the clothes I was in. I had full intentions of buying most of the men in my family their Christmas gifts at this store today but they were not getting one cent of my money. Make conversation with your customers BEFORE looking them up and down and letting them know the clearance is “up the stairs”.I’ll take my business somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable.
