Came for an inspection one day, failed for one thing, came back with a blessing from an actual mechanic for the failed inspection, failed me for something else. Illegal for NCSI rules and have been reported to the NCDMV. Don’t bother with this place, they don’t go by actual rules rather than emotions.

Service is pathetic. Techs are not knowledgeable. Do not tell you anything or provide options on oil. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to greet me. What’s up with this company that used to be good?Service: Oil change

Went today to get my oil changed because my maintenance light said it was required after 5000 miles. José checked the oil and said that it was fine and did not need to be changed. Oil was still very clean. I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely be back when I need an actual oil change!
