“We love Carolina Elite Trampoline Academy. Our daughter who is 4 years old started with 1 class a week and we’ve now signed her up for 2 classes. She is a little shy at first but that didn’t stop coach Gracie and Coach Aaron from bringing her out of her shell. They cheer her on and most importantly make sure she has fun. At 4 years old she has improved in so many ways. She could never do a back bend till yesterday!! They work with her on hand stands and all kinds of things that she couldn’t do originally do and we are so proud of her. I highly recommend Carolina Elite!”

“This is a one of a kind gym. Good energy flows all through this gym. You can tell it was built on a solid foundation. The owner, Hilton, is a 10 star trainer, the greatest. A family man with strong work ethics. He and his team are skilled in personal training and you feel like an individual, not a number. Not interested in personal training but would like to work out on your own? Not over crowded, spacious, clean, everything you need to get a good workout. If you’re in need of a “Fitness Family” this is the place.”

“Lived in high point the last 10 years and was always a YMCA member until Covid. I knew this was the "premier" gym in the area wth a heavier monthly price. However, you get what you pay for. Great facility, mostly friendly staff, weekly and daily open gym basketball, pickle ball, volleyball.. several areas with weight equipment so you can choose your comfort zone. Indoor and outdoor pool. Sauna and steam room. Pretty much everything.”

“The new equipment sucks. Benches are off. I've been benching active for years never had smith machines so sticky and not accurate. No way they are 25 pound bars or the mechanics are off.This gym also lacks guidelines. People shouldn't be allowed to super set on machines when there's 50 other people waiting to use them. Also agree not nearly enough strength equipment. The whole other side of the gym is near wasted space”
