We purchased a Craftmaster sofa, chair, and ottoman from a local furniture store. We were excited to buy local made furniture and felt the quality would be better than furniture made elsewhere. We loved the way the furniture looked but that’s where our satisfaction stops. Our furniture is incredibly uncomfortable. The model in the store was not like that. The quality is very poor. We have had our furniture less than a year and the cushions are already flat in places and the fabric is stretching making the seams uneven. It is also starting to pill in certain spots. We paid extra for a more durable fabric. Very disappointed. Save your money and go to Ashley and purchase a $1000 sofa, keep it a few years and get another. Our Craftmaster furniture was a colossal waste of money. Never again!

Not impressed. Purchased during pandemic. Waited a very long time. Fine. But the quality was underwhelming. There's a back cushion coming off. The pilling is constant. No response from the rep at all when I met him in person at my local store at random. The upholstery job looks rushed on the back of both sofas too. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

They lie about what they start you out at, be warned working here. Making $14.70, was hired on at $16 by David. Absolutely liars. An absolute joke of a company.

Purchased a discounted floor model sectional at our local furniture store. I was ecstatic to be getting such a beautiful set for a great price, as we had our first furniture set (Hickory Hill, rest in peace) for 16 years and it was past time to retire it (and we have four kids that put it through the paces). I also prioritized looking for furniture that was made in USA. Well, only a few weeks into having this sectional, the foam was losing support in the cushions, the fabric was pilling, and the chaise seat cushion was sinking as well as sliding forward every time someone sits on it. I rotate the cushions regularly, and I have even had to unzip the covers and rotate the foam within to try to even out the wear. Obviously, I cannot do so on the chaise cushion. It’s now 3 years later, and I will be surprised if we get five years total out of this set. We don’t even use the couch often for about half of the year (we are outside quite a bit). Very disappointed.

Furniture looks good but very hard and uncomfortable. Others have said it was okay to them but I ended up ordering another chair from another store just so I have something comfortable to sit on.

So I love the design of my sectional sofa. What I don't like is that after you buy it, there is no service available from the store I bought (Matter Brothers in FL) or from Craftmaster in NC. Shortly after purchase the arm was creaking, I was told that it would go away. I would have to pay for someone to come fix it. Later, we noticed that the recliner part was rubbing and the fabric was ripping. We had to disconnect the recliners until repair. After contacting the manufacture, they said I had to go through the store, the store said there was no warranty. Again, I would have to pay out of my own pocket. I believed this to be good quality furniture. I was wrong. They do not stand behind their product. As of now, it is up on boards with my husband trying to fix the reclining part that is either bent or leaning for some reason. This stinks since we paid a good price for this!

I ordered two chairs and matching ottoman From Bossler Furniture , Evansville In. The craftsman ship is terrible…… and they won’t do anything about it and ask me to leave the store . Yes I am extremely unhappy with Craftmaster and I will never recommend Bosslers to anyone…. The upolstery work is horrible and the chair cushion is like sitting on a rock……

We’ve had this sectional for almost two years. It’s horribly uncomfortable, does not stay together, and the cushions do not stay put. Also, the nails along the bottom were not even put in a straight line.I do not recommend this sofa. Keep looking!!

I saved up for a new couch and am disappointed in the quality of the fabric. My previous couch was 12 years old and the fabric had no piling, worn spots etc. this couch is nine months old and looks trashed. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered this furniture only because of the style and fabric choices . 1. Craftmaster could not follow directions on the order and sent 1 sofa with nailheads when ordered without. Took 9 months to get.
Furniture store reordered immediately to replace- took 7 months to get in and now a leg is broken and there’s discoloration in the fabric where I now have to deal with the furniture store AGAIN. It is unacceptable from Craftmaster.
