They have a lumper service. I had a trailer full of floor loaded tires. They started on it as soon as I bumped the dock at my appointment time of 5:30am. They worked non stop until it was empty 4 hours later. Great job guys!

So when you arrive at 9:47 am and look around at your surroundings to ensure the safety of yourself, truck and employees, you're told your late and they won't unload you. Then they sit around for 2 hours eating and smoking. Great work ethic here.

They have us wait 2 days, then are completely unprepared to conduct business. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, with these kinds of business practices, it's a wonder you're still open.
Thanks for the paid vacation. So glad we have GPS and E-logs to back us up such lazy employees.
