“This used to be such a wonderful pharmacy. But there’s a problem now: they’re overworked with refills. Sometime ago I was told they had over 100 refills to work on and ours were in process for over 3 days. We may sadly have to switch pharmacies because we have chronic conditions and cannot afford to wait days for our refills…And we really like the staff too. What a shame.”

“Most CVS pharmacies are under staffed and they struggle to keep up. I always feel bad for them as they do the best job possible. This pharmacy is better staffed than most but they are obviously overwhelmed! They are courteous but their faces show a great deal of pain. Not a good look., They are under a great deal of pressure but they do a good job. I've been a nurse a long time and have suffered from heavy work loads too, You don't have to be a saumi to see CVS has a big problem and that people burn out fast under these conditions. Wake up CVS, find a way to nurture your people!”

“I called my favorite Cvs on 321 this afternoon and spoke personally with the pharmacist Matthew F. I asked Matthew if he would make a special accommodation for my mother who has dementia, and to administer her flu shot in the car. With no hesitation, Matthew said sure, and gave me instructions on how to proceed. Matthew was extremely gentle with my mother.Our whole family has used Matthew personally for all of our vaccinations due to his outstanding customer service. We are grateful, and so appreciative of him, and his outstanding customer service and professional, and trustworthy caring pharmacist for our community.”

“Nice Harris Teeter, close to my job, and it has everything you expect a harris teeter to have. They do have a starbucks located inside as well as an Asian & Salad Bar, no hot bar, though. Nice assortment of fresh produce and fruits. Lots of flowers and plants. No wine bar, but they do have a huge selection of wines and beer to choose from. Definitely, my go-to if I have to run and buy something real quick during my lunch break. It is located in Dilworth in a small shopping center so parking and traffic there can get a but tight but I never have a problem finding parking.”

“I switched my CVS shopping to this location as the one I usually frequent isn't up to par any longer. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I like the Red coupon machine and it is conveniently located in the store and easy to navigate. They have a large selection of everything you need. One thing I love to buy is the Met RX bars and this location has flavors I haven't seen before. The store is labeled very clearly and you have access to finding everything with ease. This store has now become my main CVS to shop at!!”
