I have seeing Dr Lane and his staff since my family moved to Hertford.Erik Plantinko and the entire staff are professional, friendly and courteous! Whether it is using the app or in person, they respond in a timely manner and are very attentive!

It is so comforting & reassuring to have a physician that you trust & engages with you & your health needs. My husband & I genuinely appreciate Dr. R. Lane! His support staff are excellent too! Our recent visit we had Nicole, she was a jewel!Helpful, caring, real, engaged, interested, personable & professional. She took all of our information, while making us feel comfortable & cared for. Even though, we drive about 90 minutes to our appointments at Coastal Carolina Family Practice, not an issue due to the quality care & follow through we have always consistently received!!!

The staff there are friendly and everyone has a smile on their faces when talking to you. My shout really goes to my nurse Natalie Woodard, she listen to your and try her best to make sure your problems are met, she goes over and beyond to get you back healthy. I love seeing her, also she make you as comfortable as possible, and easy to talk too. Keep up the wonderful work nurse Natalie Woodard don't let anything or anyone change who you are see you in 3 months.

Dr. Lane is great. Only issue is that it takes awhile for staff to reply to questions/requests. Front desk has always been great.

The staff were friendly and efficient and got me checked in quickly for my annual visit. The nurse was kind and knowledgeable. The PA, Eric, whom I’ve seen on multiple occasions, was thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. The phlebotomist literally drew a vial of blood without me even feeling the needle. Highly recommend!

The wait time is very minimal and the staff is always so nice. I don't feel rushed when I am there. My concerns are listened to and addressed.

I was immediately greeted with a friendly front office staff, who checked me in quickly. Nurses and other medical staff conducted themselves very professionally also. I want to personally say thank you to Dr. Eric Plantiko. He always has a warm and pleasant attitude, smile, etc when I have an appointment to see him. Thank you to the entire Coastal Carolina Family Practice for all you do! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
