I'm writing this review in response to my visit last weekend. As I was looking for a new phone upgrade, a nearby customer was being helped by Kyle, who was incredibly rude and condescending to this couple. They got up, told him "No thank you," and waited for someone else to help them. I stopped paying attention, but it seems they were helped and the issue resolved.On their way out however (and the reason I'm writing this review), the "Senior Manager" stops them on their way out to tell them they are not welcome and need to find another location to do their business in the future. I'm assuming he saw the 1-star review the customer left while in store LMAO.Still, your employee is rude enough with a customer that they need to get someone else to help them, and rather than correct the issue with your employee you tell the customer they aren't welcome anymore? I've never had an issue here, but after seeing how Kyle acted, and more importantly how management responded, I'm pretty disappointed. If there were a 2nd Hendo location, I'd be going there.

Hopefully you do not get Kyle Freeman. What an absolute jerk. If he was our original contact, I wouldn't have switched over. The manager and other members were great. I worked as a retail manager for several years, and if I ever heard an employee of mine treat a customer this way they would be looking for a new job.

I cannot say enough good things about Victor! I was extremely frustrated when my new phone wouldn't set up properly and went to the Verizon store last minute. Victor helped me not only get my phone up and working but also helped my dad save money through paperless billing.

Was extremely disappointed. I shattered the screen on my old phone. So, needed a new one quickly. I went in, quickly picked out the latest, greatest smartphone they offered (in Android). And instead of trying to help me get the new phone up and running, my salesman only wanted to sell me a more expensive data plan. (After I just bought a $1300.00 phone!)I could have bought the same phone at a better deal online. And not had the headache of dealing with this inept store.

Colleen and Omar both went above and beyond to help me today. Both are patient and knowledgeable. I'm very appreciative. Highly recommend, and glad I came into the store!

I was having issues with my S21 Ultra, after resetting it to clean things up. Cody was incredibly patient and very helpful. Great attitude. Cody is the reason this store is a thriving location.

First the bad, I signed in and waited. While I waited other people came in and some were helped first. I understand that some had small things to take care of but still waiting 25+ minutes while people who came in after me were helped first was a little annoying....However...the staff overall were fabulous. You can tell this is a very well run store. Knowledgeable, friendly, etc. Not only the woman who helped me but listening to all the conversations around me. All the staff seemed to really care. Can't really say enough about that in this age of retail. Well done!

Every time I've ever gone here it's a horrible experience unless you walk in ready to hand over cash. Today I went after going to the Arden store like 4 days ago and a man there was super helpful and was helping me replace my cracked phone through insurance on the store tablet. The only reason he didn't get to help was because I was unsure of the business account pin. Back to Hendersonville I have to tell three employees I need someone's help to put in the claim as I'm not good with this stuff, they keep repeating they don't help with that and CAN'T do it by their tablet.. After the last guy came up to say the exact same thing that he would give me the website online to go to, I'm irritated they don't want to help and all he can say back is "I just said we had to do it on your phone." That's not what you said, so obviously the only correct response should be "I'm sorry you didn't like the way I worded it"..This is the third or fourth time I've tried to get their help with something and had to go elsewhere so maybe it's best to avoid it all together and warn others not to even bother, 15 minutes to Hendersonville Rd and you're treated with respect whether you're getting them commission or not.

Just left the Verizon store on Four Seasons Blvd this afternoon 5-31-23. Met at door by a Verizon staff member. He said it will be just a min and someone will help me. He then ask what I was there for? I said I switched from Verizon 6 months ago to T-Mobile and their service has deteriorated to worse than ever. I need to see what Verizon was offering to come back? I waited and waited and waited. Customers left and the Verizon staff kept disappearing to the back. I saw new people coming in and asking about new service. They were helped immediately!Worse customer service ever!!!!

Bought a new tablet here been with Verizon 9 years. Never had a problem with their service.
