These guys rock! I love going in as a new rider and not feeling judged for not knowing what’s going on with my bike. They were super fast and cost efficient when fixing my bike. Super cool dudes! Also locally owned so definitely go check it out!

We visited several bike shops and perused the inventory, looking for a bike in the <$1k price point for my husband. We were open to used options, too, but didn’t find anything. We went to Epic towards closing time and they were pretty busy. We looked around and saw some bikes priced over 4K, so we figured this was more of the same. But as we were getting in the car to leave, the owner came out to see if he could offer any help. We were impressed that he made such an effort to come after us, especially approaching closing time. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us that he did, in fact, have a bike in his inventory in that price range, and it was new. My husband took it for a spin and we ended up getting it.I understand why the shop was so busy…amazing customer service and genuine care to connect with people. Really so impressed.

I was in the area riding at Kanuga. My front break leaked and let air in. Stopped by mid afternoon and they took me right in and bleed my brakes for me. Great guys!! Will be back when I need work!

I brought my young daughter's bike in to have the tube replaced. The gentlemen that helped us was very thorough and made sure it was the tube that needed replaced. His service was quick as well.

I’ll start by saying I do not write bad reviews. Only honest ones. This was my experience having taken a bike here to get serviced and tuned. I told them up front whatever the cost, I don’t care just please have the bike in good working order.Took a road bike to get serviced and tuned up. When I got the bike back it still felt off. Both derailleurs were out of wack, pedal was so loose that it nearly came off on the first ride, brakes seemed soft, essentially the bike felt the same as when I took it in. 4 days of service and $60 later there was no difference. Due to still feeling like the bike wasn’t right, I took it to Sycamore cycles. Within 5 minutes the experts there had assessed the problems and told me that there was a lot wrong with the bike and that it needed a complete service. The guys at Sycamore took 30-45 min to test and tune everything on the bike. Top to bottom they let me know everything that they could fix, everything that would need to be fixed soon, and went into detail on how the bike worked. 10/10 service that was cheaper, more customer friendly, and a hell of a lot quicker.Normally I would give a company the benefit of the doubt, but road cyclists are put in especially dangerous situations and rely on a bike to work properly and sound. I paid for a service that did not do that.
