I had a very unpleasant experience as one particular female (name starts with an “M”) at this location was more concerned about making a sale (or multiple sales) rather than helping me. I’m still working to undo what she did almost a month later. I’m not sure why corporate T-Mobile is dragging their feet on this now. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at any T-Mobile stores until this particular one in Hendersonville. I was lied to about what I was being charged for. Then I had to call T-Mobile customer service to fix the issue. There’s only 1 person (another female) that works there that I would have loved to work with every time if only she were available. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name.Regardless, I advise all to steer clear of the Hendersonville location, if possible. Or at the very least, READ READ READ everything and don’t take their word for it.J

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The store manager was phenomenal and took all the time needed to make sure we got everything set up. We switched from Verizon and I was hesitant to make the change, but just from my experience with the customer service from this store, I will be a life long customer of T-Mobile! The entire staff was helpful, professional, and even gave us some T-Mobile swag! HIGHLY recommend this store and T-Mobile overall. Thank you all!

The assistant Manager Curren was amazing he helped me with a smile on his face and assure me that if I have a problem with my purchased just come and find him. He made my experienced waaay better than the last time I was here! THANK U CURREN

This was by far the best service I’ve ever had at a mobile phone store. Melissa made switching phones painless and she was friendly with a killer smile to boot. Great experience.

Excellent customer service by Sales Representative James Haywood. Hw did an amazing job resolving my issues. I was able to get my service fixed on all 3 phones. Amazing job! He is at the Spartanburg Hwy store.

I want to commend Deandre Trimmer at this store for his outstanding customer service. I was changing carriers this week from Verizon (had for over 25 years) to T-Mobile through the online process. It was a dreadful experience which include 4 hrs on hold and ending in a botched number transfer and service activation.. I was referred to the store. There Deandre in less than 20” righted all the wrongs and correctly activated my service in a quiet and highly competent way. The next day I returned to get his help returning the phone I had ordered. Evidently he should not have helped me as they are not a corporate store but He went out of his way to get permission to do this, walk me through the label generation process with customer service and then even took the package to UPS himself. If not for his spectacular customer service I would not be a new T-Mobile customer. I was ready to cancel before I started, my original experience was so bad. I am forever grateful for all he did for me in these transactions. I highly recommend he and the store. I hope T-Mobile appreciates what an exemplary employee they have.

The customer service is superb here! Big big hug and job well done to Kyira. My husband and I had a disaster experience with Sprint and Kyira fought tooth and nail for two weeks in a row trying to resolve our old account problems for us. She never gave up on us and got everything done that we needed and more! If you want someone to feel heard, have your problems fixed, and leave with a smile, come to this location! Thank you Kyira!

Great experience switching to T Mobile and working with this store location! Kyira and her team are great. We switched 7 lines from Verizon (who we were with 20+ years). It was a time consuming process because Verizon support is a headache, but thankfully T Mobile support was very patient and easy to receive help from. I've been on the phone with multiple agents while switching all our numbers and setting up our account and all have been beyond friendly and able to assist. We also now have service at our property. I made a network call to my sister from my house today which hasn't been possible with Verizon for several years now. T Mobile also gave us a lifetime discount while Verizon was only giving us that same discount for one year. They also have an amazing international plan included.

Switched over from Verizon and traded in one of our phones. I explicitly declined a protection plan. As in, I was asked directly and said no. It was added to my account anyway. Maybe banking that if autopay is turned on you won't notice? Anything for that commission, I guess.

I would give this store less than 1star if possible. The manager of the store will promise you deals on plans and equipment and when the bill arrives you realize you were scammed. When you call them out on the errors they will do nothing to correct except say I'm sorry?. Should have stayed with Cricket..

The wait in the store is long and I mean long but the same amount of time you wait is the same amount of time they give you to resolve your concerns as well.The rating of five was only given for the customer service I received from a very kind, knowledgeable and funny young man. Adrian I believe was his name, was just the best TMobile representative I have dealt with in store, in a while.It took 2-3 hours for my entire visit. I was tired just getting off work and it was raining cats and dogs. However, this representative made that time worth it.I hope you get the opportunity to work with him. Adrian was just a pleasure.

James, DeAndre, and AJ saved my butt after work. I walked in an hour before close and they got me a great deal on a new Samsung phone, James handled the whole process and took care of me and just really restored my faith in humanity a little bit. Diligent worker and had amazing customer service. Wish more places had James these days. Shout yo Aj and DeAndre for helping
