I am very pleased with the personalized service here at Star Nails on Spatanburg Hwy in Hendersonville, NC. It's so nice to have someone else cut and polish my toenails. I'm getting too old to do it myself. Jenny is wonderful!

I came in for a walk in to get the dip power. I asked for hot pink French tip. The 1st picture is the picture I showed that I wanted and the second is the nails I came out with. I’m giving one star because you have to give a star to be able to write a review. 100/10 don’t recommend. My nails now look like I’m the queen on bubblegum land. These cost $55. That’s sad.

Went to get my nails done. 4 of my nails on my left hand were crooked and when I mentioned it to the lady she said "oh I file it straight. She refused to fix it properly. Which I don't think there were any fixing it. Nails on my left hand were significantly longer than the right and she stated "it be fine, Noone notice" needless to say. I paid the money for the products she used and left. After asking 3 times for them to correct the issue. I wouldn't have even given them one star but it wouldn't let me move forward without a rating. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY HAVE THE MOST AWEFUL ATTITUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT HOW THEIR WORK LOOKS. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Nail tech stated my nails were straight?♀️

I've been a customer here for years. I have had acrylic nails done, manicures, and pedicures. Each time I have been happy with the results. They have the awesome massaging chairs too!

Joy always does an amazing job!!!I have tried other places but...This is the only place i ever go to now, and I always recommend to family and friends.. They are very clean friendly and make you feel comfortable.I've been going there for 10+ yrs.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I had my nails done out of town and my rhinestones started to come of of my pinky nail. I stopped there to see if they could fix or do something else like a design. 1. I wasn't greeted ,not a ,"hey "hello ,"or how can I help you ?"The lady sitting at desk I greeted asked if they had black rhinestones?? She tells me no ,so I ask if she can do me a design on 1 darn finger ??she says the lady who does designs was gone. I show her my 1 nail and ask can she do something simple like the tip black? She had the audacity to ask me why don't I go to the shop where I had it done and they fix for free?? That made me beyond mad. I asked why was it her business if I'm paying her to fix it ?? She then says oh just one nail ??? I turned and left !! I would never go there again and spend $ on my nails faithfully every 2 weeks but that place would not ever get a dime from me !!!

This is a clean business and the workers there are nice however one of them waxed my eyebrows and just dripped the wax and had pulled off almost half of my eyebrow and left them very uneven looking would not recommend.Service: Waxing
