Showroom hours are posted online and on the front door as 9am to 5pm; however if you show up around 1 pm they are closed for 1 hour for lunch with a hand printed sign taped to the front door. If you are going to close for an hour at lunch then post this as part of you operating hours so customers don't waste their time traveling to the store when it is closed. Won't go back.

Rudest salesman I’ve ever encountered in my life. I called and he had no knowledge of a bull run valve. Plumbing supply store and don’t know what I was talking about?. Might need to get another salesman that’s has knowledge in plumbing. Now looking at reviews I’m not the only one that’s encountered this problem.

WOW! Rudest salesman EVER! I called looking for a drop-in bathtub and the guy couldn't be bothered to give me any info on what they had in stock. He gave me the model number and told me to look it up online...so I, did but the aquatic website didn't list soaking depth, or I couldn't find it. I asked him and he said he didn't even know what I was talking about. He said maybe aquatic could send me a spec sheet. Isn't that his job as a salesperson??? What an a**hole! They'll never get any of my money, EVER!!!

Our experience was negative. From the condescending attitudes of the sales associates when you walk in the door to the lack of communication when they ask you to email them. Make sure to wear your fancy clothes if you decide to go there. Get ready for those judgemental stares. Be prepared when they don't respond to your inquiries. On top of all that, they invent prices to their hearts desire. No set price for any of their fixtures. They look you up and down and then make up a price that they claim is wholesale. I understand the importance of quality fixtures, but I have done remodels, new construction, and renovations. I was referred to this store by a contractor, but I will source my faucets elsewhere.

We have a new home with a new Tub (from ProSource) and a lamination issue arose. Roy W. Walters took control of the issue, worked with American Standard for us and had a replacement delivered in good time. I highly recommend ProSource and commend Roy W. Walters on his superior customer service! Thanks Roy!!

My experience was horrible. Once I received my order and paid, I never received a call back to assist the installation process. A small part of the order was missing and no one cared. I had to purchase it somewhere else. I ordered a very expensive wheelchair accessible shower that required support from Pro Source during installation and none was available. Roy only returned my calls before the balance was due and the order had been delivered. I would not recommend for anything other than a pretty show room.
