“Publix is known for its excellent customer service, and this store is exemplary! I live in Florida, and my mother, who is elderly, lives in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This is a smaller Publix with less shelf space. My mother's favorite beverage is Publix Diet Ginger Ale. She is not good about staying hydrated, but she is much better when she has her favorite thing to drink. The last couple of Instacart orders I made for her, the shoppers told me they were out of Publix Diet Ginger Ale. This time I called and asked for the store manager to see if it would be possible to keep more in stock, and he explained about the limited shelf space there. He said he would make sure more were stocked, even if they need to be stored in the back. The next part is what makes Publix and this store so amazing. Iggy let me know that a shipment of Publix Diet Ginger Ale would be arriving the next day, and when I said that would be too late because I had built her entire order around the beverage, he offered to deliver them himself. Today he delivered just what my mother needed - Publix Diet Ginger Ale, a hug, and a smile! I can't thank Iggy enough for going above and beyond to deliver the amazing Publix customer service that we all love so much! I wholeheartedly recommend Publix South Market Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina.”
“When I used to go there and buy crab legs in a box 5 lb it would cost me 95 plus tax. Today there are $49.95 a piece I was in heaven. I took two boxes. Everything else that I bought was reasonable. Amy is the main pharmacist and she is accurate, helpful, friendly and kind and routinely goes out of her way to help you out. She recently made arrangements to get a Rx to me in a special time crunch as we were leaving town for the holidays. I hope that Walgreens will acknowledge the great work that she and Charlotte and Liz all do there and get them some extra help so they can continue to do the exceptional job of caring for our local community. “My what a difference a few years make. Totally remodeled, renovated, enlarged and a sophisticated delight. But the BIGGEST NEWS is the much discussed Friday Steak Night. We had heard so much about it we decided to give it a try. Our neighbor joined us and we had a delicious bone in rib eye steak dinner with salad, bread, baked potato and choice of beverage (coke products or tea). $12.98 for all that. There were attractive floral arrangements on each table; TRUE dinner utensils (metal, not plastic) with steak knives; real glasses (no styrofoam); china plates; and green to-go boxes. When you arrive at the store, go to the deli cash register and order the doneness of your steak and the dressing you prefer on your salad. Select your table and in just a jiffy, your salad is delivered by the waiter who takes your beverage order. Before you know it the entree and side is delivered. The waiter checks regularly to be sure everything is ok. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this totally off the wall dining concept. I mean, a steak dinner in a grocery deli?? The steaks are the same for all customers but the selection changes each week: ribeye, sirloin, etc. If you don't like the choice of sides, you can substitute from the selections on the hot bar. A quick head count showed there were 14 people partaking of the steak dinner during the hour we were there. This is offered every Friday from 4-8 and reservations are NOT necessary. The ambience is NOT fine dining--bright fluorescence, canned music, people with grocery carts. But the steaks were tender, flavorful, and HUGE. We shall return!”

“5 stars for Pharmacy Tech Rayda! I had an issue with a recent prescription refill. My refill request was denied by my insurance because I was refilling too soon. I explained to pharmacy technician Rayda, that I've only been taking it as prescribed so how can that be? She went above and beyond to help me find out why I may have run short so soon. Because of her customer service and willingness to listen and help me out, she and the Pharmacist onduty were able to see that I didn't receive the entire prescription previously (90 day supply but only received 45 days)Thanks Rayda for your willingness to help!
