We sent our son to purchase a gallon of stain to finish the job. We purchased the 5 gallon last time. He mistakenly bought the 5 gallon again and was not offered a receipt at the checkout. Upon getting to the parking lot, he realized what he did. He immediately called us and explained. I told him not problem, go to the service desk and ask for a refund for the exchange. They refused. I didn’t think this would be possible, so I called. In fact it was true because he paid with cash. So, we now have about 4 1/2 gallons of extra stain we can’t use. Even though we have bought all appliances and building materials there in the past, we won’t ever again. I will be very happy to go to Lowe’s. I am very upset with Home Depot.

I can't give this Home Depot enough stars! We have been building our own house over the last 6 months and this location has been SO incredibly helpful! Every employee that we have worked with has gone out of their way to go above and beyond for us. We have been to so many Home Depots, but this one is BY FAR the best because of the team of employees they have. Terry & Patty have been outstanding with helping us get the best products, working within our budget and ensuring that we had all the materials we needed- when we needed them. Llyod in windows, Bobby in lumber, Ashley in paint, Emily at customer service and SO many more have helped us out tremendously, we are so thankful. Having to run to the same store multiple times a day (because you forgot something) can be tedious, but knowing that it will be a great experience with friendly and helpful staff has made taking those many trips enjoyable! Thanks SO much Hendo Home Depot :)

Ordered a product and it was left in a broken up box by the curb not my front door or porch. The item was picked up at MY expense, unknown to me.So i purchased an item that was delivered damaged and left by the curb and I'm stuck paying delivery charges for absolutely nothing. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

My experience with Cisco in the rental department was beyond what I expected . Talking with Cisco about my problem and wanting to rent a wet saw , he suggested that I bring my tiles to the store and he would cut them for me as a courtesy and no charge . I was so impressed with Cisco , a professional and kind person . Cisco is a asset to Home Depot .

I have always shopped at Lowe's. I know where everything is and we'll they were in my home town first but my biggest gripe is not having help.We started a sunroom project this summer and started using home depot because i dont have time to mess around. When we need something i have to get it and get back. Im not a contractor so many times things come up or we switch gears so somebody's usually waiting on me. It has taken me a good while to find where everything is. I dont like to ask. But when i need to, i want help.Night and day difference. I always get help there. But they were out of the roofing I needed so I went to Lowe's. Not surprised that I couldn't get help putting roll roofing on a cart. Not sure what they weigh. Im not a wimpy woman but i had to let them fall over and push the cart against something in order to shove the rolls on the cart. But i was shocked at checkout when I was told there was nobody that could help me load them in my truck. Thank God I had my daughter with me. It was everything me and my 16 yr old daughter could do to get them on the tail gate. And I have a bad back as it is. I don't know what I would have done without her or what would someone else have done. I just don't understand. Also let me add that at home depot, as soon as you arrive at there loading station. They have any type of cart you will need. I grab one without stopping and head right in. I always load any lumber I have on my list but someone always comes to help. And I kid you not. A woman who was using a sweeper on the floors helped me last time I was there. She didn't speak English. And she didn't have to. She stopped what she was doing and came over. So nice. I can handle even 16 ft boards. Not gracefully but I got it. However, it's nice when you have lumber and a list of other things all over the store. Plus loading in your vehicle and unloading at the job. Whewww... it's a lot sometimes. Especially in the heat. So Shame on Lowe's and thank you home depot.

24JUN23 ~ It was a good HD shopping day. I talked with two different employees who were pleasant and helpful: A young woman in the paint department, name unknown, offered options & made suggestions. 'David' at checkout was genuinely pleasant/friendly, patiently listened to my questions & gave me clear answers. He was intelligent/fast on the uptake, and well spoken. You had plenty of what we wanted.Thank you for the Military Discount!

Been to many Home Depots in my time sez this senior citizen. Lived in 5 states. Without any hesitation I declare this one top of the list. Huge, well stocked and with small town Southern hospitality too. Hendersonville recently was declared to be 1 of the 50 best small towns in America so this is no surprise. Not far off the Interstate and easy to find DO find your way there when needs arise. Because the water distiller I wished to purchase is not kept in stock I had the pleasure of a delightful man place the order by computer. He patiently and charmingly showed me all options then walked me to the front desk to pay. Once again I was assaulted by TWO more delightful folks taking my payment. What a delightful shopping trip. They have my business as long as I live here! And I HOPE these fine folks get to see this review. Lucky lucky me!!!!

A few days ago my husband was working on a tile replacement project at home and needed just ONE tile cut about 1/8”. Don’t own a tile cutter. Called HD and they said to just bring it in. He couldn’t believe it! When he went to the Tool Rental Department he was greeted and treated with professionalism and enthusiasm by Cisco and Martin who set up the wet saw and cut the tile exactly how it needed to be done. Employees like these are true ambassadors to the Home Depot brand and have made a very satisfied and repeat customer.

Just called for the rental department and someone picked up the phone, but was having a casual conversation with someone else and when I said “hello” the person hung up on me... If I could give them a -0 I would....SMH

Awesome customer service! A gentleman named Ray was extremely helpful in finding the item we needed and saved us a trip to another location/competitor. Very grateful for his help. We will definitely be returning to this Home Depot.

This is store looks like there are no employees in the store. There is no customer service at all. It's a mess to find help at this location.

Although I'm still undecided on the type of flooring I want to go with, Ron was super helpful and informative! He really took his time to go over my options and explain the pros and cons of each. There have been many times when I've walked into a home improvement store and just been passed by by employee after employee. Ron saw me looking at flooring and immediately came up to me to help after finishing up with other customers. I was impressed and grateful. The store itself was clean with many options to choose from, no matter what you need. I will be back.

The absolute worst customer service available. I tried to order a tool online, but the store kept canceling my order. I called this specific store and talked to a real person about my order. He seemed like he was going to help me. He told me that he would look into my problem and call me back, sounds good right? I never heard a word from "Jim" . I decided to just cancel all my orders and try another home improvement store. I wish I could leave negative stars, but not an option. In short, if you wish to be ignored then this is the store for you. I recommend you go elsewhere.

I wish I could come shop here one day without being hassle about signing up for a credit card. It gets old after awhile. I've started to go to Lowe's more often because of this. I feel like the cashier can't even be friendly to customers because they are being required to keep asking about the credit cards.
