The haircut was fine. I just moved here from California where sanitation is taken very seriously. The stylist had a collection of combs laid out on the counter all of which had been used and not cleaned. Really! I’m not interested in being infected with lice. The same was true for the number 4 spacer that was used. She used it on me and put it right back in the rack without cleaning it. I consider these actions to be a health care violation. Improve your sanitation practices!

I have been coming to Great Clips for the close to 30 years. I now also bring my sons to Great Clips for haircuts. I have just recieved the worse haircut I have ever in my life had. The stylist was nice and kind but my haircut is dreadful. I asked a for a fade up to the part on one side , with a hardpart down the part line and leave enough hair to layover on the top. I ended up with my haircut cut to the scalp all but a 3 inch wide strip down the center. Each side sticks straight up so it will not lay over to one side or the other. Instead of a hard part I have a wide in some spots but narrow in others line an inch below the part line. My family is mortified and literally my wife and children feel bad for me having to bare the shame of having this cut. I will be wearing a hat 24/7 for the next couple of weeks so I don't have to deal with the embarrassment. This really sucks to deal with. I paid for the haircut and even tipped because I never ever complain but this is so awful I feel obligated to speak up.

Had to use the bathroom. I’m a driver for Spark and some Karen there told me I wasn’t allowed to use it. Rude, thankfully I don’t get my haircut here and never will with people who have that type of attitude toward people who just walk in. Don’t recommend this place. Go to Signature Salon Instead. Friendlier and kinder staff.

From the start lady made it so complicated to even check in. Then after the haircut I was trying to pay and then the lady had an attitude like a toddler because I did not tap to pay when my card does not have tap on it only a chip and I still tipped her even after all the attitude I had to deal with. Slammed my receipt on the counter after I tipped her. Horrible service

My husband just came in with the hair cut that he did not ask for. A plain buzzcut done by a Spray Tan woman who didn't even wipe him down. He came home with hair all over his face, neck and inside his ears. We could have used that money to put towards groceries during these highly inflated times and used our own electric razor and attachment to do the same hair cut for free. We will not be returning to this establishment.
The "owner" lists the same comment on every review that is negative. Scroll through the comments and see for yourself. It's a blanket statement showing no remorse for the locals that are responsible for most of their business.

The ladies at this location have been there for some time, and its nice to see the same smiling faces. They listen to what you want, do a good job, are friendly but efficient, and keep the place very clean. I highly recommend.

i dont know why i bother going to this place. every once in a while i get a good hair cut but most of the time i don't. the lady spent 1 minute cutting my hair and i have thick curly hair. she did a little bit off the back. the lady before me had about i minute also. every man i see come out of there has a horrible haircut. never again. shawna was good. the money is too much for a minute haircut. i know her name but i won't say.
