We rented a one day one way rental from Bristol Tn to Hendersonville Nc and the staff at both ends were very friendly, professional and willing to meet our needs. We will use Enterprise again in the future if we ever need another rental car.

This Enterpise branch provides the best customer service! I used to rent cars from the airport providers but ever since I rented with this Enterprise location I haven't gone back. They confirm reservations by phone and always follow up after the rental is returned.

We needed a rental for a few days due to some unexpected car trouble and they were able to provide exactly what we needed, quickly. The car was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Piss poor customer service. Quite surprising from Enterprise. I rented a car from another local Enterprise location because this location didn't have any available. I rented an SUV because I needed it for a weekend trip, and I was told that I could swap it out for a smaller car at any other Enterprise location later because it was an insurance rental (due to my car being in an accident). I tried this at this location because it's much closer to my house and they refused to put me on their schedule/waitlist for a swap out and told me I just had to call every afternoon to check availability. I asked about just turning the car in and making a new reservation but they refused to do that as well. We tried three times on the phone to get them to put us on their schedule, and they refused. On my last phone call, the representative (Jason) was extremely rude, talked right over top of me, and told me "you are not our customer, go to the other location." So, I called the original location where I rented the SUV, and low and behold, they put me on their waitlist for the next available car. They were very helpful, and are making an effort. I understand that inventory is low, and sometimes you have to wait. I was fine with waiting. What I'm not fine with is a business that is routinely know for its excellent customer service treating me in this fashion. Quite shocking, honestly. I have rented cars from this Hendersonville location in the past, but will not ever do so again

I have always had one card I travel with to rent cars and use for hotels, etc. I have NEVER had trouble using this card at rental car agencies in multitudes of states across the USA, including Enterprise. This location chooses not to honor this Visa debit card. This was the MOST ridiculous rental experience in my entire adult life. When I returned the car that my friend had to put on HER credit card, they asked me if I wanted to pay using my VISA DEBIT CARD instead?!?! REALLY?! Ridiculous policies! The woman (I can’t remember her name) was downright RUDE! Their policies are NOT company wide! Only this location in my experience! Never again!

Each representative I spoke with was exceptionally kind, professional and thorough in their explanations, directions and review of the rental. I would also include that they were equally as professional in their listening skills. I will use this location to rent again due to the employee/customer engagement.
