Had me waiting for over 40 minutes and after seeing other patients had been called on by nurses but I kept on waiting, I went to ask why the wait was so long. Come to fine out the doctor had not showed up, mind you the front desk people had been told who I was there to see. This isn’t the first time they waste my time and when requesting the change of doctor, they said I’d HAVE to call to make the request and that it wasn’t guaranteed. Wow! Do not recommend!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Can never get in to see a doctor. Heaven forbid you have to walk. You have to 5 to 6 hours!!!!

Excellent medical office! Very caring Doctors, Nurses, Specialists and all Staff. The front desk and billing staff are exceptional, they walk you through whatever you need, explain everything well and are very professional and so friendly, you feel at ease here. Everyone here at Blue Ridge Health takes good care of you and should get a Pat on the back for jobs well done. They take the time that is needed with their patients, thus you may have a wait time. I’d rather have my Doctor and nurses take the time needed with me and not rush through my exams or what problem I am experiencing. They take time to listen to their patients. I get it that our appointments run late and your doctor may not get to see you on time.I get it that it’s frustrating for us but it also frustrating for them because someone gets upset with them.. it is because they are taking care of a patient that was before you who maybe needed a little more help than was anticipated. Many patients come in for one thing and add on more after they get into the room, or an emergency comes up. The Doctors and nurses do the best that they can.I do not want to feel that I’m on timer and don’t want anyone to rush through seeing me and my medical needs to play catch up else where. Doctors and nurses do not t want to be in a timer either, Blue Ridge Health does not do that and it is so appreciated! They take the time needed to take care of YOU and listen to YOU. . Remember that.I appreciate Blue Ridge Health and everyone who works there. The lab staff are also amazing and so kind. I love my Doctor and the PA. It’s nice being able to have faith with your medical office. They all do it right from start to finish. I couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend both offices Blue Ridge Health.

Had a scheduled 10 am appointment today and after 40 minutes of waiting they finally called me up to the window to say that the doctor wasn’t even there. Why didn’t they know this when I checked in. They had been sending me reminders all week about my appointment so I wouldn’t be late. Then the next appointment isn’t for another 4 weeks. They obviously don’t have proper systems to keep it straight. Also to add to this two of the staff members were goofing off and pushing each other’s chairs around scooting across the floor because they obviously had nothing to do.

I never write negative reviews but this place earned it. I have not had a good experience here yet and I have been a few times for basic things. Today was it for me.I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance to finally get a primary doctor after they had failed to register me as a patient after asking them to do so during my last 2 visits.Yesterday I got a text saying they canceled my appointment then it was followed up with a text telling me to check in and that they would “see me at 1pm”. So I did. I showed up early for my appointment, the lady at the front checked me in and gave me an info slip to give to the doctor and told me to wait until my name was called. I waited for over an hour and thought I’d better go up and ask. After I told her I had been sitting there for over an hour she said “has anyone checked you in?” I responded with “I sure hope so” and showed her the slip I was told to give to my doctor. Then she looks me up and says “I’m sorry your doctor won’t be able to see you today. We can schedule you for the next available opening.” It took me 2 months to get this appointment because that was the first available. If you value your time AT ALL, find literally anywhere else to go. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The billing department needs to get their act together. I love my providers but I’m growing tired of having to chase down billing issues! Just received a bill from BRCH stating that the same telehealth service I have been receiving for over a year was not a covered service therefore denied by BCBSNC. I have already met my out of pocket maximum for 2021 so I shouldn’t t have any additional charges. This charge should have been filed with the same code as all my other telehealth visits with the same provider. When I previously had to contact the billing department with a similar issue, I could not believe the rude attitude of the person I spoke with. BCBS also had the same awful experience with the same person. I finally spoke with someone in billing who identified the problem and the claim was resolved. I dread having to deal with this again!

I really enjoy Roland Rogers. His assistant Kristen is wonderful. As is Lisa Pruitt that sits at the front desk. Cindy also has been a huge help to me several times in past years. If you don’t get these people you are more or less screwed.
One time my mother had to go to the hospital in Columbus for a test.Something from the office to the hospital was screwed up and we waited at least an hour in the front lobby. Another time I needed x-rays at St. Luke’s and the doctors orders were not faxed to the hospital. I made countless phone calls back to the doctors office until things were finally straightened out (by Lisa)and I could get the x-rays I was sent for. Another wasted hour waiting in the Hospital lobby. Yet another time at this doctors office right out of the gate I was told I might have cancer. Had to wait countless days before they called with the test results. When they were supposed to call on a Friday. Any time you call over there and try to speak to someone you have to leave a message. Hopefully they will call you back but not usually. When I went to get my second Covid shot, with the card that had the date on it, I sat in the parking lot for several minutes. They finally realized I was sitting there and they had given me the wrong date to come get my second shot.Today I called because I had extreme pain in my back and it was hard to walk. I was told by Ashley, the manager,That she would get back to me. I made two other phone calls to the office to find out if I could have something called and or if I needed to come into the office. I spoke to Michele. I was told it might be up to 48 hours before I could get something. I don’t know about you but back pain is excruciating and waiting 48 hours is not some thing I want to do.I tried three times to thank her for her help and each time she interrupted me. I finally asked her to please be quiet and let me say something without her interrupting. Would I recommend this place? Not unless you have nothing but time on your hands and are not in a hurry to solve the medical help that you need.

I made an appointment two months ago to establish care with a doctor who was highly recommended to me. I’ve had some awful experiences with doctors and I was willing to wait for quality care. I have confirmation emails and texts stating the date and time of my appointment, as well as the doctor I was supposed to see.Upon arriving today I was told that I would not be seeing my requested doctor after all. I was informed that she was seeing another patient, and that I would be seeing a different doctor. I pushed for a better explanation and was told that “nothing could be done” and “I should sit down and wait to be called.”I was tempted to leave then, but because I’d been waiting so long already I decided to at least see this other doctor. After waiting thirty minutes I was called up by another woman and told that the doctor they stuck me with doesn’t accept new patients, and that I would not be seen today at all. That seems odd considering I am, in fact, a new patient. How did they schedule me with this new doctor in the first place then? I further inquired as to why I wasn’t being seen by my preferred doctor, and I was told that I wasn’t actually scheduled with her to begin with. Again, that’s odd considering I have emails, texts, and a phone call a week ago confirming other wise. When I brought this up I was told that my preferred doctor wasn’t even working today, and that it was impossible for me to be scheduled with her. Wait, so was she with another patient or was she not working to begin with? More lies.Ultimately I was told that they’d “try” to book me with my preferred doctor at some point and to wait for a call. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were completely useless on every front and made it clear that they have no regard for their clients. Now I’m not even being seen at all. Frankly it doesn’t matter how good this doctor may have been when the staff surrounding her is so grossly negligent. It’s absolutely absurd to me that this place can function. Please feel free to share this.

I’ve been seeing Lex Turner for a number of months now. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his experience, advice, and compassion.

I go there and my doctor is the best. I like her alot. She listens to what I have to say. When I have a concern she addresses the problem.

Unacceptable. Blue Ridge Health team chooses not to honor my other doctor's orders about my daughter is medically exempt from all masks/face coverings.Parental rights, medical and religious exemptions (Bonified Religious excemptions)and certain others and my lawyer are my and my daughter's advocates. Your health insurance/you pays the medical team. Parental rights are superior especially when your kids are minor's.God bless y'all!! ??

I am making this review after seeing a number of negative reviews. This is not my experience. I find the staff to be very professional and competent. I was diagnosed with a rare inflammatory skin disorder that is often missed by even dermatologists. The average time from symptoms to diagnosis is 7 years. The nurse practitioner that diagnosed me did so after 2 visits. This past year and half has been very stressful for frontline medical teams. Some of the complaints listed here I don't think are taking into account the hurdles this clinic has had to jump to keep patients and staff safe. They have done an exceptional job.

This place was the most unprofessional place of medical business I had ever witnessed in my entire life. They literally acted in a vindictive manner when my sister-in-law was trying to get into a place of treatment for her life or death situation and withheld information that they knew you for an entire month and almost got her killed by her own doings. Also put her into withdrawals during her pregnancy by prolonging information due to her case. This is the most unprofessional place of business I would ever ever in my life have witnessed. Don't ever take anyone you care about to this place
