So me and my boyfriend went to buy a tree and the tree is beautiful but the help was so rude and annoyed that he had to help us find the tree in the box if you don't like your job then why are you employed there...... do better!!!!

Not too crowded, inventory was well stocked, this is always a great big lots store toVisit locally. They were closing early tonight at 6pm, I would imagine it was a staffing concern. Always have a good experience at this store!

The ladies room was too nasty to be in. Wet floor signs out but nothing clean, toilets full and un flushed, no toilet paper and when we reported the lady said she'd just cleaned it.

There's not really any good deals on furniture at Big lots. Nothing jumps out at you and says you got to take me home.

I love this place! I can stop there for quick grocery or healt and beauty aids, they have a little bit of everything. I bought a sectional there a couple years ago and it's been a great couch.
