First few years the service was great . As of this year different. Rude phone service. Employee rushed me off of the phone and hung up before I was even done talking about the situation. Will never use H&R block again ?

I went to get my taxes here and they gave me three different prices.. only after questioning the price I ended up paying two hundred dollars less than what was originally quoted.. I then sent my friend there thinking it was a mistake and they were reasonable.. I’ll never deal with them again! I would absolutely not recommend going here.. if you do… Get the price upfront! They are definitely ripping people off!

I'm on social security so my bank card was stolen I had change my bank account that why didn't get my 600 so went hr block file rebate check I was told March 10 . But March came and gone then on hr block website it said approved waited on refund date . Today it say it still processing. I paid the women . So going on .
