they are the best, clean. I also know that my stuff is safe. they took care of me right then I had my storage by the next day.

My son rented a unit for several months in Henderson NC. He followed directions of cleaning out unit when done, emailed pics of empty unit to verify, etc. He tried calling on numerous occasions as did myself for him, no response and if call was answered, we were placed on hold until disconnect occureoccurred!! This happened numerous times. Now, my son is being sent messages that he owes for another month of storage fees due to not being out on time, NOT TRUE!! If the customer service was adequate then they'd know he was followed procedures and was out ON TIME!! Will not recommend this business to anyone!! Js

Spoke with Representative Luv to let her know they drafted money out my account for a parking space I Never used or wanted. Prior to speaking with a representative on 9-6-22 about the situation Never did they say I would be charged and they would cancel that parking space immediately. Refund is expected immediately!

Good find! I found this facility on line before I moved from Washington state. It is climate controlled and the units are neat as a pin. The access is by security code on your phone. Couldn't have done better.
