So I filled out the application for a car i saw and wanted I got approved and was pressed for time to finish the last details but I stopped by the dealership to bring 1 document needed since it wouldn't upload. I explained that I could be back 1st thing in the morning because I had to get to work (how would I be able to pay for the car if I lost my job right?) Anyway, I was told by Victor he'd hold it until I came back, but guess who sent me a text msg(and even put a crying emoji with it) saying he had bad news about the car he said someone came and took it, I said what do you mean took it, then said someone came with a big deposit so he sold it..Wowwwwww..I ran back and forth to get all my paperwork done took off from work the next day to finish up whatever else I needed to do and he sold it right under me!! I wasn't going to let it bother me but he is a good example of money talks. I will do my business with a more reputable person..that goes a long way for me!!

Poor customer service, sexist, unprofessional, unreliable, ignorant.... They will sell you a car with problems and force you to pay almost double for it and won't help you even when you make every payment on time... Beware they care about their paychecks not their customers!

Victor was awesome, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and reliable. I was interested in a car at a different location than the location I was going to. When I came they had already transferred the car to my location. The day I went to get my car it took maybe all of 1 hr and my family and I drove off! We love our car! Thank you guys!
