Limited supply of drugstore items (toiletries, over the counter medications, sunscreen, etc) with some unique items, including pretty gifts and greeting cards. Worth a stop!

I'm on vacation and my doctor sent a prescription after 4:30pm. Even though they close at 5, I called and they had it ready for me before closing. They were also very nice.

I love this pharmacy and all the wonderful women who work there. They are always so wonderful and will help u in anyway they can. Anytime I've ever had an issue with a doctor or medications Morgan always try to help the best she can. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I decided to extend my vacation in Hatteras a week longer than I had expected and ran out of blood pressure meds. Mr. Steve and his staff bent over backwards to get me the needed medication and were super nice about it. Thank you SO much for your service and dedication to your work of providing for islanders and visitors alike!

Left my medication at home. I went into the Pharmacy and they were awesome!!!!!They helped and followed up with Walgreens to get the prescription transferred. Saved the Day for me and my in laws ?Wish I had a Pharmacy at home just like this

The island was under water and sand for almost a week, my husband needed a prescription filled, and Emily was a great help-- getting the medicine ready then connecting me with Moe /Island Hoppers to deliver it. Thank you!

Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Friday after. Unable to get blood pressure pills replaced. Could have been disastrous.

Worst place ever! They accuse innocent people of stealing and have horrible attitudes! Too bad it doesn't have less than one star.What comes around goes around. I asked them to apologize but since they didn't cheers to a poor review!
